As the title states I am looking for a PBP game and am willing to fill any group holes.

No clerics? No rogues? Need a tank? Let me know.

In general I have played pathfinder for many years, D&D before that and have played PBP.

Now I am looking for a new game and just need to know how to get started here.

I have a group that could use more players. I sent you a PM with some info. Let me know if you're interested and we can get into more details.

The free mine entrance is unlocked, as $2 million is passed-there are now several more free pieces than in the base sets, making each base set pledged for better than BOGO!

At this point, with all the free stretch goals, it's almost 'buy one get one free' on the main sets, which is an excellent deal even if you don't go in for any of the paid add-ons. There's a day and change left on this one.

They just posted a video showing off what you can do with the cavern tiles:

I like the basic idea here. The reverse underground railroad aspect is certainly something that would put this organization (to quote a phrase Clark used to evaluate villain submissions in an earlier contest) "on a collision course with the PCs."

The one thing I wanted most out of this organization submission that you didn't give us was the why of it. Is it really that lucrative to sell slaves back, if selling them back is what they're doing (your text just says that they return the slaves to their master, not that they're paid for it). Are they doing what they feel is best for the Andoran economy by getting rid of refugees that don't contribute enough economically or are a burden on the state? Are they trying to set themselves up for eventual expansion into Cheliax by establishing good working relationships with the slaveholders? There are lots of motivations/directions you could have gone with, but we needed at least one good reason to back up the cool antagonistic bent.

I like the organization overall, though I'd have liked to see evidence of more personal goals/motivations of the members. If they feel personally jilted out of familial acknowledgement and fortune, it stands to reason that all of the members of this organization would want some individual rewards, rather than continuing to be followers indefinitely. However, the flavor was good, and that's perhaps the most important thing.

There is one nitpick I'm surprised no one else pointed out. Keep an eye on spelling, specifically in your case American spelling. You consistently spelled "rumors" as "rumours."

Dragons of every conceivable variety and size category, but I think that's a given as something most of us want.

I'll add my voice to the desire for more proteans and packs for summoned creatures.

A gelatinous cube that isn't rare. In DDM it was rare, and pretty high-priced on the secondary market because of the "classic monster+rarity" combo it had, and it had to have been the simplest sculpt of all the minis they did.

More elementals of all sizes, but especially large and huge ones, and earth and air elementals, which were under-represented in DDM.

Giants that don't look cartoonish or like bad caricatures, and more than one sculpt of a particular type of giant to make for more visually interesting encounters that involve multiple giants.

If you decide to include minis of inanimate things, siege weaponry would be nice to have, along with simple vehicles like wagons/carriages and small boats.

The witch costume seems the most accurate, so I have to vote for Bonnie.

He's not talking about the part where the prior poster wanted a green dragon; he's talking about the part where the prior poster suggested it be a specific dragon from a D&D novel in disguise.

Okay; apparently not everyone saw the smiley face at the end of my post. This suggestion was half in jest, people!

Do I think it would be awesome to have a set like that? Yes. Do I actually think Paizo will toe the line that closely? No. Do I think they might at least put out a gargantuan green and other larger-sized dragons someday? Well, for that part I have strong hope.

I would also like to know this. I love it when the flip mats and map packs sync up.

I have some mixed feelings about the particulars of the sets, but they have all been expressed (repeatedly) earlier in the thread, so I'll not belabor the sentiments. Ultimately, I'm really looking forward to having PPM available to buy on the primary market again.

I do have a few questions about these:

1) What will be the color of the plastic on these? I ask because I know that the DDM used black, but I like the white that was used for the black dragon sculpt. While the painted black dragon looks especially great, the plain white version would make a really cool ghost or zombie dragon without the paint, or a really good base for people to paint it how they saw fit without having to go through the waste of Wizkids painting everything and then customers stripping said paint off. How viable would it be to offer unpainted plastic miniatures? I know I would be willing to buy some, provided they were at a somewhat lower price point than the painted ones.

2) Do you know yet if any of these sets will utilize clear plastics for specific figures, as DDM did for some undead and elementals? I, for one, hope that there will be, as I thought those figures were a nice touch.

I would also like to add my voice to those in favor of more huge/gargantuan/colossal miniatures, particularly dragons. I would be especially exited if you were to do a gargantuan green, as I know myself and others find our collections lacking without one. As an aside, if you were to do a gargantuan green dragon, and it just happened to come packaged with a white-haired, black-robed, wizard-y looking guy-much like a certain gargantuan white dragon came with a certain white-haired, black-skinned, ranger-y looking guy-that would, frankly, rock. I know of course that the names inferred herein are proprietary, but you could just leave those out and let us draw our own conclusions. : )

Every time this thing is hit it gives off negative energy, and every time it hits with its slam it deals a negative level!?! And it's only CR 5!?!

I wanted to like this, as I liked the original concept. As it is, it would be an awesome higher-level monster, but making it CR 5 makes it way overpowered.

In addition to an abundance of "gross" monsters, there were also quite a few based on various kinds of bugs. It's odd how so many in a large field are inspired to create similar things.

There were a lot of monsters I wanted to vote for beyond the four votes we all got as well, though the limited amount of votes inspired a creative solution: my husband pooled our votes and decided together which were our top 8, instead of each of us individually choosing 4. Had we roped a couple gaming friends into it we could have decided our collective top 16.
