I am back.
To keep it short: I felt from my bicycle on Wednesday morning and spend next several days recovering. Now I am back to gaming. Except my hands still hurt. X-Ray was clean, no bones broken (except one tooth, which can be fixed later).
I am ready to post, but I will be quite short in my descriptions for a while.

It is beginning of Pharasm (March), so if GM is ok with me finding fresh berries, I'd like to cast goodberry on them

Nalys chanted a short prayer over the dried berries, affected by cold and long holding on their brush to be collected that evening. After that he selected 6 of them and offered 4 of those to his friends.
"Nature was generous and Spirits are supporting us, in our mission. Take this berry to heal a minor wound or keep it till morning and it will replace your meal with a small feast" after that he ate one of remaining berries and kept another one for tomorrow.
Each heals 1hp and replaces food for the day. Works 24 hours, so feel free to keep yours till next evening

"It was inappropriate for me to propose stealing the radish roots," he said to Isla, while riding, "but I'm struggling with lots of things we need to do to settle this land. And I'd like to have Oleg and his post inhabitants to help us out on those. Please, excuse me for that..."

Hi, GM and welcome back.

Life has it ups and downs, and personally, I am glad to hear, that you are OK and everything started moving for you. If you feel you are able to pick up game again: as you can see, we are still here and you can have the reigns. I think it worth for others to reply: Are you still following this game?

I personally am well, but dealing with some work and since finally, we got some Summer, I spending most of the time outside with my family, not near the screen. Delays will happen!

Announcement: I'm leaving tomorrow morning in Helsinki for about 70 hours of non-stop random gaming, chatting and having fun at Ropecon. Nalys checked everyone's health and since people were more or less healthy, he switched to animals. They also need no help, so he started working on lumber preparation, building a stash of good wood for further constructions.

While everyone was roaming around, Nalys carefully investigated the spider, trying to understand it's major features and then when to take care about horses.

Cannot contribute much. If I can announce that there are will be no such spiders because I destroyed eggsack would be great.

@Isla, nice breakdown, thanks. I'm OK with any approach, since I believe we anyway splitting all the expenses.

@Geliglee, I like your idea about team upgrades economy-wise, but roleplay-wise we fought with those guys yesterday and you propose to give them weapons (Guards) or put them on carts to drive goods (Drivers) tomorrow? I'd better lose that several days but recruit some other guys to be drivers/guards. Might be we can invest in some building, like Kitchen and Stall. Those will bring us Capital and be more in line with our party greater goal - bringing this region to prosperity.

Hexploration I like how it sounds :) we can spend one day (I vote to explore hex south from Trading Post) and then return to Oleg's for teams to start building something. As we earn Capital for building to continue, we explore further south (there are plains on the map).

Capital earning, nice comment, GM. Your description of how are we reasoning with prisoners to work for us is great. Personally, I would vote for Take10 always, and we can make them roll if we are in Oleg's. Like we are hustling them to overperform and deliver results faster. Than, we can use some extra, but only when we need that.
Question about math: I do belive that (10+2)/10 = 1.2 GP or 1 Labour is for each Team. Is it correct? So for 2 Teams we get (10+2*2)/10 = 1.4 GP or do we get 2*1.2 GP?

Nalys failed his roll, so he has only one labour.
Means, we have earned 2 Influence, 1 Goods, 3 Labour during Calistril, 23rd.
We pay 70gp to convert one team into Labourers and 60gp for earning Capital.
We pay 1 Influence + 2 Labour for converting second team into Labourers.
Capital left: 1 Influence (Isla), 1 Goods (Geliglee), 1 Labour (Brandt).
We can invest those later, but start Hexploration on 24th of Calistril.

Calum, are you willing to stay and train your horse?
I know this does sound metagame-ish, but its easier to buy trained horses from Oleg, than spend 3 weeks to train it something specific.

As well, Nalys as well decided to check out the neighbourhood for some food resources: gathering berries, setting small snares for rabbits and hares and so on.

Nalys enjoyed being in the wild alone. Most of the time, he was just wondering around, catching sunlight and cleaning the thin forest road. As well, he took some of bright-painted rug from the Oleg's and used that for marking old trees. Not very useful job right now, but later as prisoners start lumbering this forest for construction they will see, which trees they are allowed to chop and which are too young for that.

Since training horses take so much time, I probably will not do it, until we declare couple of weeks downtime. It would be better to start upgrading post with something, for example build more rooms or summerhouse for fresh veggies.

Mites are creatures of fey nature. Nalys has some Knowledge (nature) and I'm wondering, how much should mites be trusted? Like comparing to kobolds... who is a better ally? One, who is not likely to strike in back?

Nalys was glad to see a cleric of Erastil there. I should talk to him later he decided and joined celebration..
When Isla started speaking, he nodded and added:

Camp time
"Friends, you remember, there was a note in common room, that some guy will pay extra if we bring him boar head or whole boar? And he promised some other reward, but I do not remember, what it was" said Nalys.

He turned himself to a prisoner: "We are trying to build a community. Place, where everyone can leave and feel safe. You surrender yourself and as you will work, you can repay your dept and undo what you have done wrong. You cannot build nothing from lie and banditry, because society need roots to grow. Pack forms around leaders, when they start care about pack success." Nalys wasn't the speaking type, so after saying couple of words, he walked back to night camp and returned dagger, he picked up in a hurry.

Trading post
Nalys was glad to return. He looked at fort from far away, trying to see how many work has been completed, while he was away. Seara was checking out the situation from above as party approached, and since she was calm, Nalys was calm as well.

"Good day, Oleg! We returned with some spoils of little war we had... Have fought and were successful!" he pointed to the cart with wounded prisoners. "More hands to repair things around here. But I must tell you - without a proper master, these woods are very dangerous. We fought several creatures, that probably would make a good hunting stories. If there are bandits in those woods, they are really good prepared."

Oh, yes, sorry for delay, it is 1hp good berry. I had 6 of them, so 1 for each and extra one for Isla

"Boar!" Nalys announced quite obvious thing as he stood up and ran for a cart, where bandits were tied, "free the horses, let them run".

God Erastyl, it will be a mess and those bandits, they are bandits, but they do not deserve to be crushed by the boar, thought he while runing.

No armour, since I cannot sleep in medium, without penalties. if it is possible, could I grabbed someones dagger, when stood up?
