Hey guys, I'm making a rogue that uses frying pans as his primary weapon. Any tips/advice? Rate my build!

Race: Human (For them FEATS)
Class: Rogue (Thug) 5

STR: 18 (+2 human)
DEX: 10
CON: 14 (+1 4th lvl)
INT: 13
WIS: 9
CHA: 10

Equipment: One Frying Pan (Best weapon in pathfinder)

Feats:
1st Catch Off Guard (Unarmed enemies that you attack with improvised weapons are flat footed)
Hmn Combat Expertise (You are an expert at combat. Who can compare to you?)
RT1 Improved Disarm (Hit them in the wrist! So underhanded!)
3rd Power Attack (You're two handing a frying pan. That's an additional 7021 damage per round!)
5th Improved Feint (They think you're going to hit them with a frying pan? Wrong! Two for flinching!)

Rogue Talents:
2nd Combat Trick (Improved Disarm)
4th Offensive Defense (You hit them and they can't hit you back! So unfair!)

Class Features:
Sneak Attack +3d6 (Hit them when they're flat footed! Hit them when they're unarmed!)
Uncanny Dodge (Never get hit by rogues!)
Evasion (Never get hit by spells!)

Future Picks:
Cornugon Smash
Intimidating Prowess (You're a thug! Hit them with a frying pan and make them run away!)
Improved Initiative (Hit them first!)
Befuddling Strike

Tactics and Highlights:
At level 5 You've got +7 to hit and disarm and you do 1d6+6+3d6 when you attack a flatfooted opponent. 1d6+9+3d6 when you power attack. The party's barbarian is jealous!

Can't break their AC or CMD? Feint them as a move action! Lower their defenses! Knock their weapon out of their hands then beat them with a frying pan! Impress your friends and neighbors!

Take ranks in Profession: Chef! Cook and beat people at the same time!

Ask your GM to fudge item enchanting rules! Beat people with a +1 flaming frying pan!

The idea is to burn panache, then switch to twf to crit-fish for more.

The text for the swashbuckler reads: "Each time the swashbuckler confirms a critical hit with a light or one-handed piercing melee weapon, she regains 1 panache point."

Should I read that as "with a light weapon, or with a one-handed piercing melee weapon."

Or should I read that as "with a light piercing weapon, or with a one handed piercing weapon."

The difference is whether my offhand is a dagger or a kukri, which is slashing but has a better crit range.

PS: I named my swashbuckler Errol Flynt.
