About Nagorjo

A tall dangerous looking man, with a snake-like head. You haven't seem him smile yet.

Background:

Childhood
Nagorjo was spawned in Tlaxtlan, the “city of the moon”, which is renowned for its astromancers and prognosticators. They observe the moon and the stars in order to make accurate predictions of future events. From the spawning pools of this great city come the greatest oracles known to Nagajor.
Nagajor was born together with 1 brother and 2 sisters. His parents were in the service of a minor Naga master named Xuetl who secretly ordered the spawning in hope of gaining a larger workforce so he could gain power. Nagajor and his brother were employed to help in the observatory of Xuetl and soon used the opportunity to learn to read and write for themselves. His sisters were handed more menial tasks.
As the Naga often scheme for power, Xuetl’s effort did not go un-noticed. An attempt to kill Xuetl when returning home from the observatory was planned. During the hours of tending Xuetl during his works, Nagajor had a vision of the attack. He tried warning Xuetl but was unable to speak to him. When the attack came, only Nagajor survived.

Adolescence
Him spawning became thus known to the authorities. Since they themselves had don’t nothing illegal, both he and his sisters were spared. His family was guided into service of Hskoro, a mighty Nagaji warrior who served the high matriarch herself. Their tasks became all menial though Hskoro did the effort to know each and everyone personally and even guided them striving to become more than just servants. His sisters soon learned to read and write, and found they had an aptitude for magic. Nagorjo was trained with basic weapons and guided into focusing on his inner self and visions of the future.

Chronicles so far: (spoilers)
Adulthood visions: Here be goblins:

The night after his coming of age ceremony, Nagorjo had a strange vision. In it, he was a small warrior in a village with all these evil looking tiny creatures. They liked fire and hated dogs. Courage was not a value for these people. It was every man for himself, in every situation. A whole squad of these specialized cowards was send out to find something as insignificant as fireworks. They fled from spiders, sought to kill stabled horses and faced off against a cannibal which housed dogs. But they succeeded. He realized their quest hadn’t been futile. The only thing that’s really futile is staying at home. And with that, he stepped out the door…

#01-51:City of Strangers: Part1&2:

I had another vision about a battle to come. We visited a large city at the edge of a cliff, which is ran over by ants. Parts of the city have been destroyed and most of its structures now serve new purposes. We were looking for a man, who wasn’t there, then again, we went looking for him was in prison. When we arrived at the prison, we found the king of hearts, the queen of diamonds and the jack of clubs guarding a closed box. When we opened it, a joker came out and ran to play on a stage where it ruled over the rest of the deck, which consisted of cards which were considerable smaller. When we were about to engage the cards, they were all taken up and shuffled by a man whose face I could not see.
We were sent to Kaer Mage, also known as the city of Strangers. We were told it was a large city at the edge of a cliff, as in my vision, and we were told to find a man named Horis Collgardie which was a pathfinder contact and now was missing. After rather uneventful climb, not counting a small goblin ambush, we arrived at the city. The grandiosity made me realize the people here were the ants from my vision. We entered one of the walls and searched the house of mr. Collgardie. We found him killed in his living room. Apparently we weren’t the only people looking for him. We met with a group of underlings of Besel Ardoc a powerful figure in the city. They were also looking for the assassin of mr. Collgardie. We went on to speak with mr. Besel himself and he gave us more information regarding the last days of Collgardie and an acquaintance of him, Dakar, head of the commerce league. After publically asking for Dakar, a group of his underlings collected us. Dakar told us a great deal about the Shadow Lodge. He didn’t disclose the location of one of the agents unless we promised to owe him a favor. We agreed to it. The Shadow Lodge owned one of the theaters and when we decided to visit it. A bard was practicing for some play, but we didn’t really listen to it.
After the play, we took a few days to see the city, until we were summoned by Dakar again. The favor he asked was to further our own mission by taking out more pathfinder imposters, also known as shadow lodge. Soon after, we were discovered by the Shadow Lodge themselves in the Meatgate market. They did not escape, we found clues pointing to an abandoned prison. There were three more Shadow Lodge agents, but they are no more.

#04-19:The night march of Kalkamedes:

In my dream, a man was dreaming, and in his dream, he was walking towards a light, while he was staying still, soundly asleep in his bed. A person was crying for him, another person was calling for him and another was angry at him. Despite that, he slept on, strangers coming up to his bed, hitting him and than passing away. I knew however, if we didn’t find that man and help him, one of these hits would be fatal, and the light would diminish and die.
We were summoned by Venture-Captain Sheila Heidmarch, she was worried over a sleepwalking man. As my dream predicted, we would follow the man and keep him from danger. The dangers were menial, some thorns, some swamp, some ravine, some robbers, nothing insurmountable. The real danger would be closer to the light. The sleepwalker arrived at a door which he couldn’t pass. It which required wits, and no strength to surpass. Behind the door, there were 2 beings, one evil, one good. It was only a matter of determining which was which before we could aid it, banish the evil one and clear the sleepwalking condition from Kalkamedes.
