When it attacks can we basically figure out where it is?

Myron walks down the tunnel and further inspects his newest thrall. Trying to determine what he is exactly.

Myron returns down the tunnel using the ladder's and says to the rest

::My new slave disarmed the tunnel. Send another Mench to make sure he didn't miss one. ::

Myron thinks to the others while still invisible

::The creature is living. I will use the ladder's and try to dominate it.::

Myron still invisible levitates and uses the ceiling ladders to get close enough to try and dominate the creature at the end. If that fails he will try to mind blast it.

Myron looks around. ::No one? Then I suppose I'll have to take matters into my own hands.::

Myron goes to cast stinking cloud into the cave. Then casts Invisiblity on himself and levitates to scuttle across the top of the cave and investigate.

He is going through the stinking cloud, but he has an amulet of adaptation so it's a non-issue.

Stealth 1d20 + 40 ⇒ (20) + 40 = 60

Perception as he goes through the cave. 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (13) + 20 = 33

The stinking cloud has a DC of 24 to sicken the living inhabitants.

::So who's next?

The first thrall to go down falls straight into a pit trap to his death, the second gets stabbed by a balista bolt and gets pinned to the wall and also dies

OOC pick a leader. In character it's unlikely these horrific monsters would work together very well without severe threat of some kind.

We need to pick a leader. The leading by committee is keeping us from moving the story forward.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do. I suspect the others are too based on the limited responses. DM, can you perhaps point us in the right direction.

As he is looking at the box Myron thinks to the group as a whole, but not to anyone in particular ::The paper has some sort of transmutation spells on it and is probably hiding somehting. Come see what you can make of it.::
