With the Amulet of Mighty Fists dropping down to 2000 gp for +1 this has now become the cheapest Spell Storing item in the book (actually it already was, but now it's much more so).
So, given that you can cut yourself for damage as part of spell's casting component (a swift action if quickened), would it be reasonable to allow a free action self-punch that does not provoke?
