I've had the same problem. The last order (a few weeks ago) never showed up on the UPS Mail number provided, it DID show up at my house. My most recent order is just the same. UPS Mail says no results for the number entered. This is a real problem for me as we have had incidents of mail theft in my neighborhood and I want to know when to expect my package so I can be home to receive it.
Paizo, PLEASE find a way to provide better tracking info!!!
