So apparently when you get furloughed your family decides to make you their errand runner... But they pay for gas so it is alright.

Well I got unemployment and my husband thankfully makes enough to cover our bills. And this week and next week he got mandoed for 12s all week and the weekend. So we'll have a nice little bit of safety money just in case...

Also if need be we can put this on pause till others can return. It wouldn't be my first game on pause.

Yeah, I'm kind at a loss. With dropping down to half it isn't enough to push foreword and we aren't in a place where we could just rp it out... so yeah I'm at a loss as well.

I see him from time to time on discord. He's on his second round of antibiotics, even stronger ones, and has an appointment with a specialist doctor. After that appointment I'll likely know how soon he'd be able to be back. But that appointment is still a week out.

Morwen dropped her bow when she saw Illyria begin to stagger, and ran up to her catching the Rider of Rohan before she met the cold harsh ground.

"This isn't good..." Morwen muttered. "Bergur! Can you lay out a bedroll please." Morwen called before she tried to carry Illyria to a place she could rest.

"Don't need to tell me twice." Morwen said with a shake of her head, as she allowed Illyria to take the torch so that she could keep her bow out.

"There is just... something wrong with this place..." She agreed as they moved.

So my mother in law will be alright, at least as alright as it can be. She has MS you see, and it has just progressed to a turning point. She has to be in a wheelchair now as the control of her body from the waist down is minimal at best, and it is in her brain which means she'll lose her eyesight in a year or so.

She is out of the hospital now, and is home. Monday all of her kids, my husband and his brothers, will all be sitting down to talk about what needs to be done. She either has to go into an assisted living facility or move in with one of us and will need almost 24 hour care.

As to Bergur, I last talked with him on discord and his cold turned out to be an infection. Not Covid though! But he's still down as it tried to return.

Hey sorry for the delay, I won't likely be able to post till tomorrow at the earliest. My mother-in-law is in the hospital and that is where I'm at and needed for the moment.

Morwen's the type who would then comment that if the women did know how to throw a punch they'd still die because knowing how to throw a punch and knowing how to stay alive in a fight are two different things and in horror movies no one know how to stay alive. Even the ones who live do it from dumb luck.

Morwen pulled an arrow from her quiver and stated "We have to go in. We need something to show that she's dead. Her body would be the best, but we may not get that..." She pointed out.

"I am accustom to pain." Morwen said very simply. "However I don't believe I can walk and get patched up... hard to get the wrapping right if it is moving."

"It's just a scratch." Morwen said as she put her bow away. However it was easy to see her clothes where covered in blood.

"Could be worse inside." She said as she took looked up to the stone keep.

Even with how wounded she was, Morwen shifted with bow and arrow in hand and let loose right into the spider with out missing a beat. Pain was something she was very use to.

Morwen's body fended off the venom once more as she backed away from the now dead creature. She put her sword away and took out her bow.

Morwen bit back a cry of pain as the creature bit into her. It shook her a bit, taking quite a bit from her.

Her body was able to shake off the venom and did her best to repay it's attack in kind.

"I am sorry for what happened to you, sadly those stories are far too familiar as of late..." She sighed.

Morwen's face actually changed to surprise at what Harry said. She looked to Illyria and just knew they where both thinking the same thing. Death was not something out of place to these two, and likely to a few others here. "I'm sorry Harry... But at the very least we can give him a proper burial." She suggested, and would begin work on doing what she could for the poor dead.

Morwen gave Cedwin a pat on the back for thank and palmed Otbert a couple of coins when they shook hands. It was only two silver but she hoped it would be enough to get them something for what they fed them.

When the group moved on Morwen spoke up. "So she wanted to gold and the fort to get away from Viglund. But why kill off the rest of her men? She wasn't try to take Viglund down just leave in a better area that could be protected... Why would they disagree with that?" She wondered.

She added with a smile, a rare thing from the ranger. "Take you time, we all took a good hit need a bit to rest. You more so."

"That is up to you Bergur." Morwen said with a slight shrug of her shoulders. "Lets make sure you're alright before we worry about anything else okay?" She asked as she checked the wound again. "I think you'll live." She teased a bit.

Morwen took her cloak and tied the end to her walking stick as along with her own and then forced the walking stick into the ground. She then undid her belt which held her sword, and pulled the cloaked over Bergur's body, placing them on the ground and then placed her belt with the sword on the ends to keep it in place.

Then she moved back into the makeshift tent, kneeling next to Bergur with Illyria at her side. "Now is not the time for questions." Morwen said softly as she now moved swiftly to work on Bergur.

I'm sure the roll would change if Harry talks us through it or actually does it himself!

"Shit!" Morwen snapped as Bergur crumpled to the ground. She sheathed her blade and moved swiftly to Harry and Bergur. "I know a thing or two. Have to be self sufficient most of the time." She explained.

She helped Harry get to the wound, she paused only a moment to notice the wrappings, and put the shirt back down and halt Harry from doing anything for a moment. "Illyria give me your cloak." She requested as she also took off her own. As well as getting her walking stick out, tying one end of her cloak to the top of it.

Work burned me at both ends today, I'm completely worn so I'm going to hold off my replies till tomorrow.
