"You can perform one or more free actions while taking another action normally."

Does this let me enter a rage as part of a readied attack? Or is a readied attack not "normal"?

If I take mythic guided hand or mythic weapon finesse on a Two-Handed Fighter, does overhand chop deal double wisdom/dexterity bonus damage with the appropriate weapons?

Yes the person running it said he liked the idea of the sorcerer being an ifrit of a magma dragon who lives in the plane of fire, I think he's already cooking up a story arc for it so there's no turning back now!

I'd like to get lots of opinions on ways to make the build better so if anyone else wants to help with their advice too that would be perfect.

I'm making an ifrit sorcerer/dragon disciple build for an upcoming game and i've gotten to feats. So far I know i'll be taking Favored Prestige Class and Prestigious spellcaster the maximum number of times, I'm just not sure what to do with my other feats.

We're starting at low level, so any feats that help at low level as well as high would be great. I've never played a sorcerer before and the guides aren't helping me come to a decision...

If I take 3 metamagic and then spell perfection, that leaves me with only 1 spare feat by the time I hit 16th. Is spell perfection worth it? and if so what should I spend my 1st level feat on & what metamagic feats would you recommend?

If spell perfection isn't worth it, what should I spend the 5 feats on?

Does a mastering light shield gain the same benefits?

and howd the advanced weapon training options like "The fighter applies his weapon training bonus to Reflex saving throws" work? do they work on the attack bonus or the damage bonus?

Does This FAQ mean a dragoon can take advanced weapon training feats to get trained grace to double its spear training bonus to damage with an elven branched spear?

I think my DM was confused on the rules then and missed this section. Thank you for the help.

My occultist recently got 6 temp negative levels and we're currently camping in hell without a healer so I need to know, do I only get to roll to remove 1 negative level per day or do I get to keep rolling until I fail each day? And if its 1 per day, is there an easier way to remove these negative levels before I have to fight a pit fiend in two days time?
