I am leaving the campaign. I'm stepping away from pbp in general and this one is just too slow for me.

"Mongo's mommy took him to zoo when he was very small. She say zoos make people know and love animals. Do these people not know and love animals?" He gets a bit wistful, "I miss my mommy."

Mongo tries to follow the confusing conversation. He twigs on one phrase, "tests of strength."
"You need strong? Mongo strong!" He shows more pride than he has before.

Mongo shyly joins the others. As the group talks, and no one makes fun of him, he gradually breaks into a wide grin.

Mongo looks down at the little man speaking to him. He gives a toothy grin.
"Mongo not that hungry. Or that rich."
Mongo stops and tries to count his remaining coin, but keeps losing count. He finally gives up, sighing, and turns back to Nbazi.
"Mongo have no place to go, no job, and no friends. You know something Mongo can do?"

Mongo looks around, a bit forlorn, looking for anyone who seems friendly.

He sheepishly approaches the bar.
"Mongo hungry. You have food? Mongo have coin."

I wouldn't mind touching on the church of Urgathoa at some point, as they are Mongo's sworn enemy.
