If it was supposed to be Improved Initiative, don't apply the bonus this time around. As for the visions from Asmodeus question, I think it's fair to say you haven't received any. The Paracount didn't necessarily get those visions out of pure GM fiat, after all.
Four hours later, as you are all patrolling the ship, looking out for possible threats in the water, you find yourself growing tired as the sun beams down on you. Just as there is a call for you all to get something to drink, Nick sees a brief shadow in the water. Just as he squints to get a better look at this you hear a scream as someone on the other side of the deck suddenly goes overboard. Just as there is a splash, another scream follows. Nick, quickly realize what is happening and now can clearly see that the creatures causing this chaos seem to be goblin in form, but with a lower half similar to an octopus. They begin climbing the sides of the ship, laughing in some strange language as move upwards.

so college is kicking all our butts! If there is a problem with downtime, I suppose I can fast forward to the next event. I just find that some groups like to make use of some non-story time.

Full disclosure. Sorry I've been a bit out of it the past few days. For this week and this week alone, I am taking two more classes in my college than normal. This is called 'shopping week' and I get to try out a variety of different classes... and obviously because I have 6 classes to juggle instead of the usual 4, getting to a computer has been hard. Not to worry, only One more full day of this! I happen to have Fridays off completely.

Don't forget that Lu Bu was actually represented at being a master of archery. Yeah, really. The legendary horse Red Hare was also prevalent in his mythos. So I might actually think he'd be closer to a cavalier who could switch back and forth between the halberd and bow.

Ah yes, I must please remind everyone that there may be a few differences in... alignment. I know this and think that it will make for interesting interactions, but ask EVERYONE that there be no PVP. None. Just don't do it. I know this should be a given, but I sometimes find myself reminding people in my home games. The party is sacred. Do not fight with your party.
