Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +1.
Benefit: You make attack rolls with the weapon normally.

Traits
--------------------

Armor Expert (Combat): You have worn armor as long as you can remember, either as part of your training to become a knight's squire or simply because you were seeking to emulate a hero. Your childhood armor wasn't the real thing as far as protection, but it did encumber you as much as real armor would have, and you've grown used to moving in such suits with relative grace.
Benefit: When you wear armor of any sort, reduce that suit's armor check penalty by 1, to a minimum check penalty of 0.

Seeker (Social): You are always on the lookout for reward and danger.
Benefits: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Perception checks, and Perception is always a class skill for you.

Special Abilities

Halfling

Ability Score Racial Traits: Halflings are nimble and strong-willed, but their small stature makes them weaker than other races. They gain +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma, and –2 Strength.
Size: Halflings are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Languages: Halflings begin play speaking Common and Halfling. Halflings with high Intelligence scores can choose from the following: Dwarven, Elven, Gnome, and Goblin. See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.
Fearless: Halflings receive a +2 racial bonus on all saving throws against fear. This bonus stacks with the bonus granted by halfling luck.
Halfling Luck: Halflings receive a +1 racial bonus on all saving throws.
Weapon Familiarity: Halflings are proficient with slings and treat any weapon with the word “halfling” in its name as a martial weapon.
Keen Senses: Halflings receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks.
Fleet of Foot: Some halflings are quicker than their kin but less cautious. Halflings with this racial trait move at normal speed and have a base speed of 30 feet. This racial trait replaces slow speed and sure-footed.

Fighter (Armor Master) 1

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A fighter is proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with all armor (heavy, light, and medium) and shields (including tower shields).

Bonus Feats: At 1st level, and at every even level thereafter, a fighter gains a bonus feat in addition to those gained from normal advancement (meaning that the fighter gains a feat at every level). These bonus feats must be selected from those listed as Combat Feats, sometimes also called “fighter bonus feats.”
Upon reaching 4th level, and every four levels thereafter (8th, 12th, and so on), a fighter can choose to learn a new bonus feat in place of a bonus feat he has already learned. In effect, the fighter loses the bonus feat in exchange for the new one. The old feat cannot be one that was used as a prerequisite for another feat, prestige class, or other ability. A fighter can only change one feat at any given level and must choose whether or not to swap the feat at the time he gains a new bonus feat for the level.

Backstory
--------------------

Description: Molly is a short halfling woman who is unusually strong and tough. She has weather-beaten tanned skin, straw brown hair, brown eyes, and a slightly squeaky, sometimes comical voice. She sometimes draws back her hair in pigtails.
In a complete contrast to this tiny farmgirl image, she is frequently found wearing a full suit of heavy armor and carrying an outsized (though still halfling-scaled) sword.

Hair: Straw brown
Eyes: Brown
Height: 2' 8"
Weight: 27 lbs.
Age: 30 years

Background: Some rare halflings feel wanderlust and a yearning for adventure. Some feel puckish and trickstery, and want to see strange sights. Others have a need to defend their communities by going forth and smiting the enemies on their borders. Molly is not one of those.
Molly did feel a very matronly calling to her people, but in the tradition of the protective halfling sheriffs she took up the "ridiculous and comical" practice of arms. Much to everyone's surprise, she proved quite good at it.
In an odd twist, Molly wound up enlisted in a group from Roderick's Cove tasked with fighting against goblins in the Churlwood. She was stuck in combat for several months as a particularly large and organized force, with hobgoblins and bugbears to boot, had organized to march against that city.
Once the fighting died down and the goblin army had dispersed, Molly decided to take a little time off to recuperate and get her bearings. She wound up involved in some unexpected adventuring!

Personality Traits: Molly is a happy halfling who loves good food and green countryside. She seems completely out of place as a warrior, but she is also surprisingly good at it. She likes baking and cooking, and has a tendency to play the role of "mother hen" to her comrades. She likes small dogs and cats, hates ale and bitter foods, and favors brightly-colored clothing.
