![]() Thulfi nods when Varian changes his order. "Very good sir"
He looks to Sunny "I'll send up Mishka to draw your bath, m'lady" ![]()
![]() "We have quite a selection. Butcher left town this morning with his family. I bought his entire stock for a steal. As far as specials... Miss Quillwort has been working on a mushroom cream sauce that accompanies rabbit, chicken, or pork quite well... or with potato for those light of coin. Several of the gentlemen over yonder have ordered it with potato, and have yet to complain." He turns to Sunny and responds "Baths are upstairs past the rooms. Say the word, and I will have it readied for you." ![]()
![]() "Go ahead and finish your drink Karthak." The man behind the bar comes out to the table selected by Corum to take any orders for food or another round of drinks. He brings Corum's preferred wine, two whiskeys and an ale for Braxton. He sets those drinks down and nods to the two he knows... "Afternoon. Welcome to Ye Olde Belching Badger. I am Thulfi I am bartender, proprietor, and serving girl tonight. I am happy to say Miss Quillwort is back in the kitchen, and other than hagfish slime we are fully stocked! So.... fire away!" In the pavilion? This would be the only place out of other group's eavesdropping range... (also I kept PC and NPC location vague so those who have not had a chance to post since coming to town can interact with who they like.) ![]()
![]() Thulfi hands Errik a bottle before he gets to work, and returns to the table twenty minutes later sheepishly... "Hope you like it. Pressed duck cakes with whipped hagfish slime mustard.... and boiled potatoes. Yesterday's special.. all I got, sorry. Butcher stall never opened today..." The little witch looks queasy as the food is served. Thulfi excuses himself "...maybe I'll go bake some bread." ![]()
![]() Thiulfi returns to clear plates and bring another round.

"Eh, not that I can think of... but my memory is terrible. You know, the only thing I can think of is how the last... hmm... not sure how long, but Dylan would order food for his sister Fawni and himself to take home." Errik: The first book details the history of a spellcraft Thassilonian "think tank" responsible for several adaptations of minor "common" magic. (they refer to themselves as the PoM, but what that stands for is not included.) The book also goes into a few theories regarding a similar approach to more advanced magic. Much of the prologue and more conversational passages suggest this book was to be passed down to following generations of this group to further those studies. There is also an implication that they were preparing for some event which is referred to, but not included in the text. ![]()
![]() Thulfi Horne, the proprietor of the Belching Badger, sits in the pavilion on the southeast corner of his establishment. Drinking alone. As you approach he yells out. "Aww heck. Braxton you gonna make me get up and work?" He sets his mug down and stands. "Sent the girls home. No business today... or so I thought."
