I think about a Swashbuckler with a Rapier and a buckler.

Weapon finesse feat description says that you apply armour check penalty to your atack rolls but Swashbuckler Finesse says that you "gains the benefit of the Weapon Finesse feat". That benefit word means only good things (use your dextrerity bonus to atack) or means all the weapon finesse rule (benefit heading) and apply also armour check penalty if you use a shield.

Sorry if anyone has asked this question, i cant find it.

A Swashbuckler with a buckler atacking with finesse has -1 penalty for the shield?

I ask it because I'm not sure if "gains the benefit of the Weapon Finesse feat" means only the good things of the feat or all the effects under the heading "Benefit" of the feat description.

Thanks
