The Spellslinger from UC looks fun but 4 opposition schools plus the loss of scribe scroll? I don't want to get 5 levels in and find that I can't cast some super-important spell. Just a brief look and I think that enchantment and illusion are ok to do without. But what about the other two schools?

I have a few projects comming up for school where I may need a few dozen up to a few hundred 20-40 page "pamplets". Basically material I put together for students.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the merits of MagCloud vs. Lulu when it comes to producing material like this. Obviously cost is important, but also ease of use.

I have been trying make some unique Wondrous Items for my campaign, but whenever I follow the item creation rules the items end up being far more expensive than they should be. Plus when I try to re-create existing items by following the rules that does not work out either. Can anyone explain how to correctly make/price a Wondrous Item?
