backround:
Mike Carpen is the abandoned son of an Elven wizard. His mother died during childbirth cutting off his connection to his human side since his father took him to the elven college he lived at. Here his father attempted to teach him the arcane arts he himself was just mastering but couldn’t handle the rapid pace at which his son was growing. He decided after a strenuous 14 years to find a human community that would be more capable of raising him then him and his colleagues could.

After a long travel over lands and small seas he was left in the Hamlet of Two Creak. Here his dad made a two bit deal with his adopted father making promises he only half kept and never really helped the man or Mike afterwards. After his father left Mike decided to all but give up his magical studies and instead began learning how to hunt and trap with his adopted father. His apprenticeship books are still buried somewhere in the simple house they live in.

Hunting came naturally to Mike quickly gaining proficiency with his father’s short bow and was always keen on making and laying traps in appropriate locations. His dad doesn’t even bother using his bow anymore since Mike is a much better shot. The limited training he has as a wizard and his elven eyes lets them to continue hunting late into the night. Almost always having a successful hunt eases a lot of burdens the two share.

Daggermark is about 14 miles from Two Creak. They make the trip to Daggermark with the rest of the hamlets tradesmen once a weak piling everything on the Hamlets wagon. When in the town he can be somewhat of a ladies man however he never has much luck despite his exotic looks. He is a good son though and never squanders what his family needs or the Hamlet’s needs through risky trades and selfishness.

During his free time Mike can always be found riding a horse and the militia captain absolutely loves to use Mike to help train other militia members in horsemanship. Mike doesn’t have any real desire to do more than he is asked even though the captain is always asking him to join full time.

Most of the Hamlet works in the fields growing wheat or in the small orchard tending and harvesting apples. Baron Vicespur the local lord and his wife frequently travel to the hamlet for freshly baked apple pastries and bread.

appearence:
Mike is quite short for a Helf-Elf inheriting a stokier human build. His ears are also a lot more rounded then your typical half-elf but still noticably different then a humans. He prefers to wear his bronze colored hair short so not to interfere with his hunting. His eyes boarder somehwere between grey and a very light blue depending on the light of the day.
