Out of curiosity, if the download is working correctly, would the page refresh with the "Personalizing..." changing to a download link?

I gave up last night and tried again early this morning. Since I'm on the east coast of U.S. lag usually isn't very bad in the morning but while the website is more responsive I still can't download. :(
