So my shipment was separated into two shipments and instead of getting the AP modules for PF and SF, my second shipment was another copy of the PF AP. How do I go about getting the SF AP?

You should start a new thread in the customer service forum outlining your issue. That way CS reps will be sure to see it.

I just received my PF (Age of Ashes) and SF (Hive of Minds) AP modules and they look to have been folded in the middle of the spine. I have the shipping container you you can clearly see that it appears to have been bent. What is the process, if there is one, to obtain replacement products and send these damaged ones back?
