I think with two upgrades each player makes their fist choice of upgrades in the event of same choice we roll off

We both selected armour 2 fist you won that roll off so I got my second choice of weapon 2

Repeat the process for second choices until done

If you would prefer weapon 2 to armour 2 please say so and I'll happily swap

Does that make sense?

Urgraz will start by encountering the carrionstorm that was in the blessing deck last turn

He recharges his hammer ignore the corrupted trait on his unholy asskicker

Carrion swarm is defeated he buries his torch to explore

and find a cultist he swings his unholy weapon again and the cultist dies

finally he recharges one blessing of Asmodeus to explore again and finds a human sniffing around after the meat Urgraz scares him off

Technically the monster goes on top of the location deck as soon as it is is discarded from the blessings deck. It is easy to fall in to th tap of regarding the blessing deck as just a counter, especially when your own blessings are so useful to you, but we will need to keep an eye out in this game

In the mummys mask set the game designers thought that all those look ahead powers (such has Harsks Examine the top card of your loaction at the end of your turn) made life a little too easy

They introduced Trigger key word

Trigger key words mean something bad happens when you examine rather than encounter the card

The keyword trigger will be on the card and a power will state what happens when you examine rather than encounter the card

In case of the deathtrap Harsk has just encountered if he had examined it he would then have to make a perception check. However he encountered by exploring so the trigger on examine power does not come into play

Nah I think I'm done for my turn although I was thinking as the close check is only dc 6 you can play a blessing on your attack check as well as my Shax and still have enough card to boost the check to close to auto win .

Urgraz has blessing of Shax in his discard pile at the start of his tun he will give his blessing of Abraxas to Gobloch

Shax give two dice on a str or dex based combat check (with discard if top card of blessings discard is corrupted)

(Abraxas is the same thing with divine or arcane checks both give regular 1 die to any check)

On the other hand I may have badly underestimated Goblochs ability to make the dex check If you give Gobloch your armour to counteract the before you act perception check

He then has acidic great sword which is 1d10+2d6+4+(d10? from discard) he can then display 2 spells and a blessing to add 6 to his dc 6 dex check

Add my blessing onto his combat check and he has 99pc chance of defeating owly

Happy to contribute a blessing (1 only takes our chance to 2/3, Also happy to wait 4 turns so Harsk can add his support (and possibly find a blessing) I think myself and Gobloch are better at fighting the thing but poorer at the close check.

Urgraz fails the dex check buries his scale mail to prevent the damage from piggy he heads to the warrens and encounters a singing human he brandishes his asskicker at it and it runs away

Urgraz explores the farmhouse some more and finds a pit trap

wisdom 7: 1d8 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 1 + (5) = 7

He finds it by dropping his chain mail into it (discarded chain mail from top of his deck to add a d6 to check)

he explores some more (free from defeat pit trap) and finds a shiny weapon

melee 7: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

he picks up the dogslicer and discards Jheraal to explore (buries Jheraal due to farmhouse power) and finds a ghoul

melee 11: 1d8 + 4 + 2d6 ⇒ (8) + 4 + (2, 2) = 16

Urgraz skewers the ghoul and leaves the dog slicer buried into its corpse

Ho hum. I discarded dogslicer as I didn't want three weapons in hand. At least with corrupted asskicker can start cycling the cards when I get into fights

Urgraz runs and runs until he finds another farmhouse he doesn’t hear any talking pigs so he explores and finds a big cat

If it helps we got 2 item 2s as both myself (via Belthis Loumis) and Harsk got a stinky elven cloak

So we have 2 weapon 2s an ally 2 and item 2 (one apiece) Ranzak gets a shiny 2 all of his own. So we take 1 apiece of the twos after that slim pickings (have you included my cloak of rlvenkind from Belthis Didnt Harsk get a cloak too)

Urgraz would like weapon 2 but he did get one last time I slightly prefer ally 2 over item 2 I will forgo weapon 1 acidic whip although magical not really a significant upgrade imho

2nd upgrade is a pass for me I think will take an extra card in hand as power feat

Will start in the farmhouse as i only have one ally in my deck

if not ally 2 my new ally will be jinx eater to replace the banished Belthis

I will also take fire damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2 and bury my chain mail to help with the villain check we could do Harsks check first and see if ranzak needs to make a check at all

Yep that's exactly how the archdevils blessing works it funky abilities come when I have another corrupted blessing in hand

The only issue is that gobloch can't play my unholy asskicker but I'm sure his great sword will do the trick the magic weapon was for the magic to defeat ghost

Unholy Aspergillum +3

If this card has the corrupted trait a character at your location must discard a blessing or you may not play this card

For your combat check reveal this card to use your strength or melee skill + 1d8+3 you may discard for an extra 1d4+1 aaaa
If the bane has the outsider or undead trait you may recharge a card with the divine trait to add another d8

Now if i recharge a card using Urgraz's power can I play it without someone else having to discard a blessing or does that only work when i am the only characte at the location

If the former Urgraz recharges his hammer and launches into the fray with his new spiky mace
