Familiar When the familiar is nearby, the master gains the Alertness feat.
Chain Fighter Proficient with flails and heavy flails, and treat dire flails and spiked chains as martial weapons.
Hex: Fortune (Su): The witch can grant a creature within 30 feet a bit of good luck for 1 round. The target can call upon this good luck once per round, allowing her/him to reroll any ability check, attack roll, saving throw, or skill check, taking the better result. She/he must decide to use this ability before the first roll is made.
Slumber (Su): A witch can cause a creature within 30 feet to fall into a deep, magical sleep, as per the spell sleep. The creature receives a Will save to negate the effect. If the save fails, the creature falls asleep for a number of rounds equal to the witch's level. This hex can affect a creature of any HD. The creature will not wake due to noise or light, but others can rouse it with a standard action. This hex ends immediately if the creature takes damage. Whether or not the save is successful, a creature cannot be the target of this hex again for 1 day. The save to resist is equal to 10 + 1/2 Mazon's level + Mazon's Intelligence modifier.
Outcast Mazon gets +1 to Survival and Survival is a class skill.

Background:
Her parents were a male orc and a female human. They had been captured by slavers. They were thrown into the same cell and that night the orc raped the human. The slavers found out about it too late, but whipped the male mercilessly for defiling the merchandise. The woman ended up being impregnated by him. The slavers kept her until she gave birth because they figured they would get more money out of her if they had a half-orc baby to sell as well. When she gave birth, it wasn’t one child, it was two, a boy (Makoa) and a girl (Mazon). The slavers decided to “raise” the children for about ten years to make them as strong as they could so they could get even more money out of them.
The slavers ended up getting attacked ten years later, after selling the woman and killing the orc. It was orchestrated by that same orc’s tribe. Once the twins were released, they picked up weapons that the dead slavers had dropped and helped kill the remaining slavers. The tribe adopted the half-orcs and decided to train them in their ways.
Shortly after this, Mazon met a magical little scorpion that taught her how to use magic. After this, these two were inseparable. Meanwhile, Makoa was becoming a great warrior in the tribe. Mazon decided to leave the tribe when she turned 18 and Makoa left with her. They wanted to try to live in Sothis, but the people there didn’t like half-orcs, much less a magical one. So, Makoa and Mazon built a hut on the outskirts of the city, where Mazon brewed potions for the inhabitants of the city and Makoa was both her spokesperson and her bodyguard.
One time, she was feeling a little lonely for companionship so she made a potion that made a visiting spellcaster fall in lust with her. After that one night of lust-filled passion, the potion ran out and the spellcaster tried to go the law keepers of Sothis but, out of love, Makoa killed him before he could because he knew that if he let him go, they would get killed or enslaved again. Other than that one dalliance, she has not had any other relationships.
