Background Questionnaire:
What are five things about your character’s concept and background, five things that you think are the most essential parts of your character?
1) Maxine isn’t very bright for a girl her age.
2) She's a compulsive liar.
3) Her pet toad Ronaldo is extremely important to her and is her best friend.
4) She’s a friendly girl but has a short temper.
5) Maxine has a hero complex, and always wants to “save the day.”

What are five things someone would notice about your characters appearance?
1) The irises of Maxine’s eyes are bright grey, the only indication of her Oread heritage.
2) Her hair is a vibrant orange and she keeps it pulled back in a braid.
3) The hammer she fights with looks cheap and battered.
4) Her backpack is overpacked to comical levels, with every pouch filled and multiple tools hooked to the outside.
5) Her toad is almost always clinging to her back, sitting on her backpack.

What are two goals that your character has?
1) To become a Venture Captain.
2) To become wealthy and pay off her father’s debt.

What are three memories that your character has?
1) Maxine was raised by dwarven merchants, and used to listen to her father play the flute at the end of each night. She still loves the sound of flutes.
2) During a visit to a tavern in Rahadoum, her family was accosted by Sczarni thugs. It was the intervention of a group of Pathfinders that started her dream of joining the Society.
3) As a young girl, Maxine used to lie and tell others to that she wasn’t adopted, and was in fact a very skinny dwarf. She went to greater and greater lengths to maintain this lie, explaining away her growing height and thin stature, before recently outgrowing the claim.

What are five small things that make your character happy?
1) Playing board games with Ronaldo, though she usually loses.
2) Gossiping.
3) Writing in her journal before bed.
4) Drinking, especially hard spirits. Her favorite drink is called a “Fire-In-The-Hole.” It’s a specialty drink made by brewing two parts Kill-Devil Rum to one part pure gunpowder, after which it’s then lit and drank while still aflame.
5) Showing off.


Botting Instructions:
In Combat Maxine typically takes the front lines, positioning herself between her enemies and her allies and relying on her high AC to take the blows. Before every attack, Ronaldo casts Guidance on her. If any attack would hit her, she interrupts it with Stone Shield as an immediate action. If she is low on health, out of range, or the enemy is flying, Maxine will attack at range with Acid Splash and her javelins.

Out of Combat Maxine uses Bluff creatively to overcome social encounters, and used Aid Another to assist her allies whenever possible. She has Use Magic Device to activate any scrolls or wands the party needs and Ronaldo always casts Guidance on both Maxine and her allies when they attempt skill checks.
