Hiya, Please can you cancel my Modules subscription. Once again I'm finding myself with far more material than I'll ever get to run and other demands on my finances, so unfortunately it's going to have to be dropped for a while :( I've also got a currently suspended maps subscription - please can you unsuspend this and send whatever's accumulated so far? Thanks! - Matt
I've noticed an increasing number of issues cropping up where customers have been trying to contact the increasingly-overwhelmed customer service about an order, just to find the order has been dispatched before anyone got around to their message. So, here's my suggestion:
Then when the system comes around to processing an order, if there's a customer note on it, the system skips processing and charging, and instead flags the order as "urgent attention required" to ensure the customer isn't charged and the order shipped until whatever needs doing has been done. I think that'd probably solve a lot of customer hassles, as well as making it a lot easier for CS to pay attention to those flagged orders as a priority instead of trying to manually filter the urgent order-related emails.
Hiya, Please can you move the Mummy's Mask Map Folio and Flip-Mat City Gates from this into a separate order? If it helps to prevent the system re-combining them before dispatch, I'm happy for the maps order to be placed on temporary hold, and I'll give you a shout to take it off hold once the books have dispatched. Many thanks, as always! - Matt
Sorry to mess you around with my subs again - please can you: - Resume my suspended maps subscription (if you can send any outstanding ones without waiting for my next sub package, that would be fantastic) - Cancel my Pathfinder RPG Subscription (unfortunately the international postage on heavy hardcovers is getting to be far too much to be worth it) Thanks! - Matt
Hiya, Just dropped you a mail about this, but I've had an idea that might help. As you're currently getting "insuffient funds" message from my bank, due to the funds being held up by your previous authorization before I had the order combined, if it would help to split the order back up in order to put the previous auth through and then whatever is left over, please do so. Alternatively, if necessary please just put Emerald Spire through by itself, as I have the funds to cover that outside of those tied up by the previous authorization, and we can put the rest through when I put some more cash in the bank on Tuesday (unless the old auth expires before then) :) Thanks! - Matt
Full disclosure - this is research for a product I'm working on. I'm interested in hearing about people's experiences with VTT software, specifically any problems they've encountered and the features they feel are vital (or missing). What sort of things do you wish were done differently? What kind of features do you feel would improve the system you're currently using? What are the essential features you just have to have in order to consider the product? What part of using current VTTs causes you to groan and wish there was an easier way?
Having trouble getting this to authorize using my normal payment method. I received an email telling me there was no payment method on file, I went back in and told it to use my usual one, and got "The payment method you selected was declined." I tried taking it out and re-adding, and still the same problem. It's the exact same card I've been using ever since I became a subscriber, and doesn't appear to be on any kind of suspicious activity block at the bank (the usual reason when I get any problems with it) Is there any chance this is something going wrong at your end? Thanks :)
Hiya, Looks like the system has combined the Harrow Deck from 2889526 which I requested not to be combined with anything with the maps on this order, please can you separate it back out again? (and please reapply the May14 code if that managed to get lost in the process!) From what I'm reading, my guess is this was down to Christopher's robot fixing all the uncombined orders that were supposed to combine. Bad Robot! ;) Thanks!
Just a heads-up that this thread: http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2qwof?Problems-w-Order-3090321#2 Has a reply from Sara Marie dated 30th April, 2014. It's not visible in the thread itself, presumably as it hasn't happened yet, but can be seen in the Messageboards sidebar. At least now we know how she finds all the time to get things done, though... :)
Hiya, Please can you suspend my Player Companion and Maps subscriptions, I just need to bring the cost of this month's subscription package down a little due to some of the lines doubling up on releases this month alongside that hefty hardcover. I'll reactivate it in time for them to come with next month's delivery instead :) Thanks!
Oops, my fault for not noticing this sooner. Please can you move the map folio from this into its own order please, as it'll probably get listed as merchandise and thus confuse the poor USPS people whose brains seem to explode if there's two or more categories on a customs docket ;) If it's too late to do so, then never mind. Thanks!
Angela treats hit points with a direct correlation to actual damage to her character.
Brian uses miniatures and a map for combat.
Keith insists on approving characters his players wish to create.
Martin uses prewritten adventures and starts games off assuming the party have arrived there.
Nicola plays purely by the rulebook.
Melissa has a group of friends, and puts games together for them so they can do things together.
Walter uses only Paizo products.
Amy keeps her martial characters mundane, and her magical characters fantastic.
Stan puts together a game for the first five people that ask to join.
Alice doesn't let her players step outside of their character's minds, and prevents any kind of meta-gaming or story influence that isn't done directly through character actions.
Alfred plays a pure low-fantasy game.
Ophelia optimizes her characters and plays to "win".
How many are not playing Pathfinder properly?
(Disclaimer: This isn't my Kickstarter, I'm not associated with it other than as a backer, I'm just posting it here for anyone else interested!) http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ambreville/world-of-calidar A fantasy setting by Bruce Heard (and others) tied to no particular set of rules, and with influences from the old D&D Mystara setting and the Princess Ark adventures from Dragon Magazine (both of which Bruce had a hand in creating.)
Hiya, Having some issues with the "My Subscriptions" page, as it sits there with the "busy" timer rotating and then just refreshes rather than letting me see what my current shipment preferences are (happening on both Firefox and Opera, Mac and Windows) Anyway, what I'd like to do please is to ensure my comics delivery isn't dispatched until my next RPG shipment, if that's possible please. Thanks! - Matt
What is that sparklike thing between his hands, anyway? Is he casting a spell, or is it like a spark of energy that's given him life? Or did he just get too close to a gunslinger and get a hole blown right through him? :) Oh, and what sort of golem is he? I can't find 'Pi Golem' anywhere in the bestiaries!
Bruce Heard (who you may remember from his contributions to BECMI D&D) is working (along with the rest of the team, which includes Ed Greenwood) on the World of Calidar, spiritual successor to Mystara Gazetteers and the Princess Ark series from Dragon magazine: http://bruce-heard.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/Calidar.html It's got skyships-a-plenty, plus it looks like a system-neutral sourcebook. Looks like the Kickstarter is due some time in December.
Just received an email. I will not mention the company as it'll give them free advertising. "Monster Offer - 25% Off!" Excitedly, I clicked and investigated their website. Alas, not only were there no monsters available at 25% off, there were none at full price either :( Should be laws against this kind of false advertising... Still, at least it means I'll be sticking with Paizo as my source of monsters for the foreseeable future.
