My name is Mark and I'm a computer programmer living in Philadelphia. I'm coming up on 30 years old and I am the husband of a beautiful gaming wife, and a beautiful baby boy that will hopefully game with me someday as well.
I'm a relatively recent convert to tabletop RPGs, though I've been playing video game RPGs since I could hold a controller. About 3 years ago I traded in my game pad for a pencil and some dice and haven't looked back. I play in games using different rules, including Pathfinder, 5E and Dungeon World. I'm a huge fan of Indie RPGs as well, and I though I don't get to play them as often as I'd like, I read their rules when I can get a hold of them. I long to one day play a game of Lady Blackbird (and even wrote my own hack called Lady Hellbird which combined Lady Blackbird and Hellboy), and I anxiously await my copy of Blades in the Dark.
My current favorite PC is Maren Frostwidow (formerly Frosthammer), LN female dwarven cleric to an NE evil goddess of winter. I serve her reluctantly because I made a pact to save the life of my husband. That LG jerkface cast me out soon after, and burned the brand of the dwarven outcast on my face for good measure.
You can find some of my work right here on the site in the RPGSuperStar contest.
