My question is in regard to the progression table of the (Imperial) Underworld Dragon located in the Bestiary 3 (page 102) and the stat block for the Young Underworld Dragon.
In the progression table, the Underworld dragon gains a casting level of 1 at the age of Juvenile. However, in the Young Underworld Dragon example stat block, it shows that it has two level 1 spells it can cast 4 times a day. This implies that it has a caster level.
Is this simply a mistake or am I interpreting the rules incorrectly?
