Michael: Sorry I'm slow to respond. I'm sure we can accomodate a different night of the week -- in fact, Thursday is starting to look like the optimum night for me. Just keep in mind it will be on the late tip (depending on where you live), starting at 10:30EST. Don't worry about playing a "dumb" PC, as long as you can keep your meta knowledge distinct from what your player knows, I'm fine. In fact, you're welcome to go with an arcane or divine caster if interested -- we have one PC committed to a battle-ready paladin, and another who hasn't decided but is a little burnt out on arcane magic and leaning toward diveine or skill monkey. Let me know what your thoughts are -- loads of potential for a Varisian sorcerer or rogue, Chelish wizard, etc. I love this setting! Mo ![]()
![]() I'm going to run the Rise of the Runelords AP for a few friends via Fantasy Grounds II. We have two players right now, and I'd love a full contingent of four. We're looking to play every other week, one weeknight evening (probably Monday night), at about 10:30 EST for a few hours. I'm looking for two players who have (or are willing to get) Fantasy Grounds II, are decent roleplayers as well as rollplayers, and who can commit to the above-described regular schedule. Right now we have a paladin, and my second player is flexible. So I'd like to see folks willing to fill the arcane/divine/skill-monkey roles. Oh yeah, I'd prefer NOT to have someone who is a pathfinder subscriber or who intends to read spoilery messageboard stuff about the AP. That said, if you really want in and you are a good enough player to RP without reference to meta/OOC knowledge, I can probably live with that. We're going to be using a 32-point buy character build, and sticking MOSTLY to SRD stuff though I may allow various feats, spells, etc. from other reputable sources occasionally upon request. My strong preference would be to stick with SRD since that is how the AP is built. All interested in applying, please do the following: Present a thumbnail sketch of your character, using the free Player's Guide pdf. Give me race, class, and a brief description of what you have in mind. I'll select the top two entries in terms of compatibility with my intent for the game. Hope to hear from some of you soon! ![]()

![]() I can't wait to see this. I'm about to kick off a homebrew campaign, and a terrific map would be great inspiration for my group. I'm a big fan of the Maps of Mystery series, so I'm sure this will be great. I didn't subscribe to Dungeon -- I pick it up every month at my FLGS, so I'm hoping it hits their shelves soon. Christopher, you mentioned the possibility of making an unlabeled version available after GenCon. Count me among those who would very much appreciate such a beast. |
