Magnhildr jumps as she feels the warming energy flows over her. More of her wounds clothes, leaving pink scars behind. She turns to Ama and nods her thanks.

Magnhildr sleeps, but instead of the dreamless sleep of exhaustion, she was treated to a feast of nightmares that left her shivering and more than a little frightened of what the next day holds.

"I-I guess the storeroom is fine."

There's a brief flash of panic when Felgarr mentions someone trapping them inside in Magnhildr's eyes.

A continuation of the last one:
The thing cornered her. Its breath had turned cold during the chase. It stank of rot and blood as ice rimed its maw. Fear consumed Magnhildr as it towered over her. She had no strength left to fight, or to run. Her legs buckled underneath her as the thing drew itself up to its full height and grinned menacingly at her. Tears born of terror streamed from wide open eyes down her cheeks. The scream she wanted to loose at the sight of this monster was choked in her throat as her body locked up in fear.

For an eternity it stood and bared its teeth before snatching from the ground and opened its jaws wide.

With a jolt, Magnhildr awakened in a pool of her still warm blood. what almost started as a scream was quickly drowned by a coughing fit as she tried to pull herself off the floor.

Magnhildr whimpers a little as the wave of light closes some of her wounds.

Just for fun:
Magnhildr awakens in a burnt out village. Snow melts and evaporates around the few small fires still sputtering and fighting to burn. Ash and snow fall in a flurry around as she makes her way through the ruin. No bodies are left, no blood, not even the call of a crow on the wind.

Then the voices start. Softly at first, but soon rising to a mighty crescendo that rumbles through the bones of the mountains and the earth.

"Join us. Join us. JOIN US."

Fear propels the red-haired woman forward. She dashes through the village. noticing all too familiar landmarks and signs along the way. Her armor drags her down as it gets heavier and heavier. She can hear the breath of something foul just behind her...

Well, I think Ama was just a little too far to get me in the channel, so Magnhildr is out.

Too slow, she was too slow. The monster manages to get his jaws around Magnhildr's waist and bite down hard. She fights to get loose, feeling the teeth tear into her back and belly. Her knees buckle as she gets free and the fire in her eyes is replaced by fear. The hallway swims and everything goes dark.

Stabilize: 1d20 + 2 - 5 ⇒ (20) + 2 - 5 = 17

For weal or woe, the bite isn't deep enough to cause her to bleed out just yet.

Chasing down the last of them.

Magnhildr roars in frustration as she looses her rage.

Seeing Terion surrounded, Mags drops her glaive and pulls out her sword as she moves in behind him.

She readies her glaive to hack the first one that gets close enough.

Magnhildr's voice remains quiet as she cleans her weapons. A soft tune can be heard as she works.

Magnhildr just nods at Terion's praise. Her mind is elsewhere as she gathers her glaive and begins to clean it and her sword.

"Didn't the girl say that something was charming the captives?"

Magnhildr rushes around Felgarr, eager to end this fight. Unfortunately, her swing is as wild as her hair.

Magnhildr wades in beside Felgarr, rage finally taking over as she goes to end the lives of the cultists.

Magnhildr steps around Felgarr, her voice a snarl of barely restrained anger. She holds her sword at the ready while still warm blood drips off of it.

Oops, didn't realize we're up again.

After quickly resetting her hands, Magnhildr lunges and swings. The blow crunching flesh and bone.

Magnhildr still doesn't have a good grip on her sword when she tries to take another of the cultists out of the fight. The wild-haired woman barely manages to keep from dropping the fine blade during the clumsy swing.

Mags follows Felgarr's charge with her glaive.

Damage: 3d10 + 18 ⇒ (10, 1, 2) + 18 = 31

And cracks the floor beneath him. She lets go of the polearm and draws the sword at her back as she moves up to the first stunned cultist.

Magnhildr feels the spear point through the the rings of her armor. Her sympathy was with Felgarr, though, having taken a vicious hit for the spearman in the back. She focuses on the spearman on Felgarr, sweeping her glaive in a tight arc before snapping it over the dwarf's head.

Magnhildr sets her feet and marvels at being able to actually go over someone's shoulder as she readies an attack on the first cultist to stick his head out.

Magnhildr's voice is soft and grim, hinting at the dark things she had witnessed.

Well, since we don't have that teamwork feat available, I was thinking that they eat the AoO, then Terion takes the glaive from Magnhildr and helps her cut them to ribbons. Or We can have Felgarr and Mags in the front and Ama and Terion in the second rank. Once they get in close, Terion and Mags switch so we have four weapons on the front cutting them down. I know this isn't taking the best advantage of Ama's monk abilities, but I don't know if there's a good way to take advantage of those at the moment.

Mags chuckles as Terion produces the strange torch.

Magnhilder slowly rises, clutching the place where the spears bit into her belly. When she pulls her hand away, she's more than a little shocked to see the palm covered in blood. Panic fills her being as she claws at cloth and chain alike until she sees pink scars where there had been gaping holes. She leans up against the wall, her body shaking.

"I don't know who, but I owe somebody my life."
