About Magenta

Background:
Magenta was different, and that is an understatement. It was difficult enough growing up with sorcerous powers manifesting themselves at socially awkward times. But she was born a tiefling to boot. Diabolic heritage somewhere back in her great greats everyone said. And that not being strange enough, it had to come from Rakshasa stock. It kept her up at night knowing that one of her distant relatives actually had relations with a Rakshasa! And what were the odds of both Dragon blood and Rakshasa heritage manifesting in one "lucky" girl? Did some other deranged relative actually get to "know" a dragon? She was not even sure how you got to have dragon blood, and was happy not knowing.

Other than her appearance she showed signs at an early age that she was different. She never got hot or cold. Never. And she was drawn to fire like a moth, except most fires didn't burn her at all. It had to be a big bonfire to even singe her. The other kids in her village were always trying to get her to stand in the fire. And she always loved to burn things... She had set their little house on fire more than once growing up. She really was quite a little devil as a kid.

Still she had a good home and loving family. This helped her resist the daibolic callings she still feels to this day. Her family kept her grounded through those impressionable years else she might have turned. No help from all the "good" churches in the area. She never felt welcome in any and was asked to leave most, just because of the way she looked. And that was fine with her. Gods did not care about people. Why should people care about gods?

Description:
Magenta is a tall attractive human female with an attractive, healthy ruddy complexion, at first glance. Closer inspection is a little disconcerting. Tiny soft red tinged scales cover much of her body and small horns black protrude through the skin of her forehead. Long red hair is styled to hide those horns and leggings and long sleeves often hide the hard to notice scales. Few outside her immediate family have ever seen the sleek almost prehensile tale she keeps hidden by her clothing. And a headband is usually worn to further hide horns.

Magenta prefers to dress in reds, and has an affinity to shirts and gowns with sequins. Her clothing is always in style and as fine as she can afford at the moment.
