Do you always get a +10 bonus for using/working the business for types of capital if the PC is involved? Where was that section? (Lots of rules and complex..). Also, I thought there was a mention of being able to use downtime while ruling? I didn't know there was a taxation rule, pretty much means there is no benefit/bonus at all from Aer's business/shop yet..the scriptorium alone only provides a +5 bonus. Ugh, will have to re-do the whole thing and won't have time until sometime this weekend for that.

We should probably spend one BP to grab the hex east of the city and another 4 BP (or 2 BP) (those are hills or plains?) to build a farm in that hex to pay for its own consumption and then some. We'll need extra consumption if we want to worry about an army. We can also build a Stockyard (23 BP currently -20 to build stockyard) to increase the consumption reduction of three adjacent farms. That takes up the maximum we can build and explore for the month. Does anyone vote Nay?

An explosion of golden dust showers the area around two of the wisps (located at 3 and 5 from the party) (If they are able to be hit with a 10' radius spread; 4 squares apart. The dust settles, clinging to the invisible, spongy creatures. DC 15 Will save or the wisps are blinded. They can make a new save at the end of each turn they are blinded. They take a -40 to stealth checks and are covered in dust for 5 rounds. Wisps apparently look like sponge-type things without light. Check out the wiki. Creepy. Ragathiel takes wing and charges the nearest wisp, slashing out at it.
