Given the climate of the pomarj and the fact that drachensgrabs are not a notably tall range, I don't think there's going to be a whole lot of snow covered peaks, at least not for enough of the year to warrant a lot of 'frosty' monsters and scenarios to settle in. The Lortmils, maybe, but the Crystalmists are a better choice, and the Rakers are by far the best choice.
