The caves were once a shrine to the false god called Aroden. They are also sacred to the foolish gillman and they come here in pilgrimage, mostly to die it seems. MacDowell says mumbling the last part.

Map notes: I am working today and am unable to edit the map. The minotaur has moved to melee with MacDowell (standard action to escape webs, movement to close distance). So MacDowell will provoke an AoO if he attempts to use his sling. Janira has also moved back west out of the darkness.
