We are working our way through Burnt Offering and had our first casualty below Thistletop. The fighter was brutally dispatched by Nualia's minions during a glorious battle. Given the low level of Zantus, how would you go about restoring a character? I was thinking of making them travel to Magnimar following his casting of Gentle Repose. RAW Reincarnate is an 8th level Druid, and Raise is an 9th level Cleric. As the GM, I am leaning to the latter. And to be up front, I am leaving what they have to pay/do/promise to get this spell as a whole other discussion : ) Given this, what would you do mechanically in my situation. Thanks up front for your suggestions/experiences.

Thanks. I could see it going either way, but will go with the comic in the absence of any other stat block. With questions like these, I usually default to whatever would be the cooler outcome. In this case, it would be that he doesn't know Elvish as the PCs are trying to work behind his back (drama=fun).

I might be blind, but I can't locate Father Zantus's known languages. I need to know if he understands Elvish as my players just spoke behind his back. : )

Ah, IC. Thanks for the response Liz and the upcoming fix, Chris.

No disrespect intended, but I don't know why this question was moved to the website feedback forum as the question has nothing to do with the website, nor feedback...

Hi and sorry if this has been answered before, but I could find an answer through the search. I am trying to mark up my pdf file of the core rules on my ipad, but have noticed that there are three comments on pdf already from crystalfraiser. Anyone know how I can delete these on the pdf or via adobe reader so I can start with a clear copy?

Thanks,

Mark

Thanks!

Hi everyone! I purchased the AP subscription yesterday, and was wondering when one should expect access to the pdf? Shards of SIn is already up for purchase as a pdf and I want to get my hands on it.

Best,

MTA

Say, if the maps are still being shared, I'd love to have them too.

When running (x3 or X4), do you need to run in a straight line?

Thanks,

Ha! I clearly need to reread the Skills chapter cuz that is an obvious place to look. Thnx Howie.

Thnx, Howie! Followup question: The Mounted Combat states that the skill can interrupt an attack. But can the "cover" immediate action interrupt in the same way?

Mind if I ask where is this stated? This is my recollection too, but for the life of me, I can not find the source.
