Mr. Klein, your take on this makes sense to me. Is there an official ruling about loot and rebuilding one's deck somewhere to which you can point me?

I'm completely confused by this exchange. Perhaps Tanis can clarify? If I am at the Beach, and I banish Besmara's Tricorne to close it while playing the Island Of Empty Eyes scenario, can I add it to my deck again when I rebuild my deck, since it is also a level 1 Item, in addition to being Loot? Or is Loot so special that, once lost, it can never be regained by any means?
