I've seen this on a few scenarios and just have questions about it. I'll use S05-01 "The Glass River Rescue" as an example. The Chronicle Sheet for that game lists item rewards for Subtier 8-9, however the scenario is a Tier 1-5.
How exactly does this work? The few I've ran into just typos or...?
