Male Human Savant

Good luck with everything, we'll be here when you get back.

Male Human Savant

Ludicrous moves up cautiously, waiting for the right moment to attack.

Single move to L15, withing range to make a move and attack next round.

Male Human Savant

1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

Exteriorly, Ludicrous holds his great axe with confidence, though his nerves are on high alert within.

Stay calm, you can do this.

Male Human Savant

"Coming!" Ludicrous yells, trying to sound tough but squeaking as he hurries to catch up.

Male Human Savant

I'm still good too, no worries.

Male Human Savant

Be bold like Bertrand, be bold like Bertrand, be bold like Bert...

"I'm coming!" yells Ludicrous as he continues his run towards the wolves.

Ludicrous takes a double move to O11.

Male Human Savant

Ludicrous moves closer to his companions, keeping an eye to the east to make sure no more wolves are coming from that side.

Ludicrous moves to K20, keeping his axe drawn and held in two hands.

Male Human Savant

I'm not sure if I'm up or not, but if so I'll delay.

Male Human Savant

No worries, we've all been there!

Male Human Savant

Initiative 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18

Male Human Savant

I'll head to I32 and look off to the east, searching for any wolves coming my way.

Male Human Savant

"Sir Oscar, your bravery reminds me of a man I once knew, Bertrand the Bold. He was ready for any challenge, and could pack a punch as well. He wielded an axe better than any man that I've ever seen, and his blows dealt destruction to any creature that came in their path."

Ludicrous takes the the role of Bertrand the Bold, gaining weapon proficiency with the greataxe, using his level as his BAB, and a +4 Strength.

Ludicrous draws his greataxe, which now looks natural in his hands, and seems more physically capable than before. He looks around for the first sign of trouble, ready to spring into action.

Perception 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12

Male Human Savant

Ludicrous pays his fare as well, simply nodding at Anna and smiling at her.

My smile has always won people over to me before. But this one, rather this whole town, seems a bit off. I will certainly keep my guard up.

Male Human Savant

"I'm sure we can make them come around to us in due time."

Ludicrous grins at his companion, rolling his eyes at the reaction of the older citizens of the town.

Male Human Savant

DM Torillan -- how would you like to deal with me requesting abilities to put in my notebook? I'll try to work it into the gameplay as best as I can, but perhaps here would be the best place for you to give me the full text of abilities as I decide to record them?

Male Human Savant

Studying everything around him, as he often does, Ludicrous has been focused on his companions throughout the journey. He studies the armor and shield of Sir Oscar, the movements of Gierdre, always looking for his next character.

As the children approach, he begins to say, "This reminds me of..." but falls silent. This reminds him of nothing he's ever seen before.

Male Human Savant

Once I see someone use a heal spell, I'll be able to do it, so we should be covered then.

Male Human Savant

Glad to be here, excited to try out the savant! Hopefully I can do it justice.

When I saw the name, I first thought that Ryan was actually going to try out for a pbp. Savant is an awesome class.

If only. I've never met Ryan, but am a huge fan of his and am obsessed with the name Ludicrous Stills. Wouldn't it be great if we could talk him into doing a PbP?

Posting as Shalm's alias, Ludicrous Stills, a male human savant (for those who are familiar, the name is a shout out to the creator of the savant class). I haven't done much with the crunch yet (especially because it can change drastically based on what role I'm playing), but I have a background, personality, and description up. Please see what you think, and if there are any other players who'd like to team up to add some cohesion to our backgrounds, I'd be more than willing!

Edit: Ok, I've got a little crunch up now. Again, it's hard to have too much because so much depends on the roles with the savant class, and I won't really spend a lot of time coming up with those until I know I'm actually in the game. But I'm excited to see where it goes!
