Ludicrous Stills, born Louis Stills, is a man of many faces. He doesn't disguise himself, or change his features through magic—Ludicrous Stills is an actor, or more specifically, an impressionist. If impressions are the sincerest form of flattery, then Ludicrous is a flatterer extraordinaire, for rarely is he seen outside of one of his characters.
Sometimes he's Seamus Scuttlebutt, the wily halfling rogue who can pick locks with the greatest of ease. Other times, he's Daven Axehand, the heavily armored, axe-wielding dwarf who never backs down from a fight. He's even been known to take the form of Eldon Whiteleaf, the wise, old elven conjurer who causes things to come into being. It depends on the day, depends on the situation, but Ludicrous has a role for every occasion.
No one does impersonations like Ludicrous. More than just playing a role, Ludicrous almost becomes his characters, seeming to be able to mimic them so incredibly that he himself changes throughout the act. It's like he can almost pick locks like Seamus, or fight with an axe like Daven, or even perform a little magic like Eldon.
As a young boy, Ludicrous's imitations were a bit too realistic for his parents taste. He often impersonated the strange women that came and went from his father's room when his mother was out, and his father was less than pleased with their accuracy. As soon as he was old enough (or perhaps even before), Ludicrous set out on his own, trying to make a living for himself in his home town of Zobeck. He travels the city, performing for crowds, but deep down, Ludicrous wants to travel outside of the city to find more inspiration for more characters. If only he had a reason to go . . .
