I have downloaded the OPG and recieved me my PFS number. I am just trying to get my ducks in a row for Kubla Con.

Hello,

I am new to Pathfinder Society and I am getting into the first games at Kubla Con next weekend. I am not new to Pathfinder though.

I was wondering if alternate races are available for character creation? There are several in the back of the Bestiary guides. Basically I need to know what it means when it says the "core" rule books are available for use.

Also is it basic starting money for 1st level characters?
