I think we can try stealth first as plan A and if that works we won't need the diplomacy. We can use the doplomancy as plan b, and then cracking bonekrak heads as plan c. So that's my suggestion.

Taking out a drug pusher, even if it was to protect Lamm's turf, was still a damned sight better than breaking the fingers of terrified shopkeeps... less on his already burdened conscience. Ok, so let's say Cathy,Kalo, and Lorick have worked the protection racket together and so know each other professionally. Hard to make good work friends at LammCo. Cathy would probably know one of Loricks contacts pretty well, Sia is also a sneaky sneak and similar age but she's rising fast and becoming one of Lamms's favorites.

Sia's got a nicer pad that Lorick as she's taken to being a criminal better than Lorick, who's an attack dog being kept on a short leash. Fine with Somelen starting to fall apart as well!
