| London Sergeant |
I will give you a copy of my offical report, other than that and what I have already said I can not think of anything to add
The following is copied from my log on Febuary 2, 1879. I, Sergeant Howell of the London Constables swear it to be true. On this night of Feb 2, 1879 a man was drug out of the Thames with a boat hook. The man suffered from mutlipul stab wounds, Professor Litefoot's report(attached)suggest this was done by a midget do to the angle of the thrusts. The man also had strange hair about him, Professor Litefoot's college in zoology suggest it to be rodent hair of unusual size. Early in the evening a british man named "The Doctor" and his female companion "Leelya" who claim to live in an unfixed abode called the tardis, were brought in the station when a patrol men caught them and another man, a chinese, in a fray. The Doctor claimed this man and several others were carrying the previous stated victim and they tried to intercept them. The chinese died befor he could be questioned, witness to this was The Doctor, Leelya, Myself, and Li'shen Chen the entertainer brought in to translate. The Doctor and Professor litefoot determined the chinese man died of scorpion venom. When asked who the Doctor worked for, he said was going to help, and when asked if he worked for Scottland Yard he said "Something like that." The Doctor seemed to be well informed of the situation, and Professor Litefoot vouched for his ability in the medical field, though by his own admission the Doctor said he was no Physician. The last people to see the Doctor or Leela is Henry Jago, an owner of a Theatre, and Professor Litefoot, attached is their statements. Signed Howell.
