The accounts are sold, thank you to everyone who responded. I appreciate your time and interest.

And good luck PFO, thank you to all the players who helped me out in Alpha!

Cheers

My brother insisted on playing a pixie barbarian, so to one up him basically our friend opted for a Minotaur mage. And then it started getting weird. I regret saying they could use any sourcebook...

Just an FYI, this has DT on both accounts and has not been logged into during EE. All in game digital gifts/benefits are included.

From the Kickstarter page:

Crowdforger Buddy - Patrons at this level get two copies of all the Loremaster rewards, including two digital downloadable copies of the Pathfinder Online MMO and an invite for two to play once the game hits Early Enrollment, two three-month game subscriptions, two New Player Packs of consumables, and two Pathfinder Alliance Packs. Patrons at this level will be invited to join Early Enrollment as a pair in the order that they pledged this level. The first 500 pairs will be invited into month number one of Early Enrollment. Once we have reached 500 pairs of patrons at this level, the next 500 pairs will get invites to month two, with the next 500 pairs getting invites for month three and so on through the ninth month of Early Enrollment.

I was the ninth person to Kickstart at this level, so all daily deals are included.

The digital PDFs are already taken, and the minis are somewhere in the Pit of Despair (aka my home office/toy room) therefore aren't included because I have no idea where they are... sorry!

I gave up trying to convince my wife to play the game after going through the last couple months of the alpha.

Shoot me a message if interested, I'll be using my PayPal business account so even credit cards are accepted.

Thank you for looking.

Cheers.

Bottom line is that MMOs are not viable in the long term without PVP. In table top terms, try to imagine running through a level 1 campaign with level 5 characters and playing that for 6 - 12 months.

In your typical MMO, you could easily go weeks, months or even a year or more without ever losing to a PVE foe. The only real risk versus PVE is if you are solo.

Fortunately, you discovered that the game won;t be to your liking, before you've invested more time and money into it. To be honest, Skyrim is as much Pathfinder as Pathfinder Online is.

Good luck with your search for a game that is better suited to your taste.

EQ, WoW, DDO, etc have plenty of mobs that will murder you quickly. Get past the starter zone and you'll find a challenge. PvP exists, it just isn't the focal point.

I played Beyond Earth about 12 hours within two days of its release. There's plenty of great games out there, not worried about finding something else.

I'm simply curious to see how this game develops, I'm enjoying the ride so far. =)

Thod, you final comment makes me think of all my hand drawn maps of the original Bard's tale and Pools of Radiance (gold box) heh

So PvP only, corpse looting, corpse runs, esoteric level advancement, I'm not sure if I have any interest left to lose in this game. I wish GW the best of luck, I really do hope they succeed. Granted I consider multiplayer solitaire fairly boring, but the game mechanics left behind the way I'd like to play a while ago.

I've stopped telling others how disappointed I am with the game and started simply lending out my second account for others to try. I hope I can at least replace my wife and I for your player base.

Quite a bit of vitriol here. But I suspect it's just passionate fans...

This is definitely one of the oddest critiques I've read. Pathfinder Online has been advertised as a PvP game since day one with all of those things you "don't like" fully advertised in the Kickstarter.

I think it's great that you are offering your accounts for other people to try but I still don't understand your outlook? I think the only one you can blame is yourself.

You're not trying too hard if this is the oddest critique. ;)

I KS'd the tech demo and was the ninth pledge in my tier, both prior to mentioning PvP only. So no, they didn't advertise that day one silly. And I decided to keep my pledge after they did announce it.

My outlook? I don't like PvP, not quite sure how to make that clearer. I could use hyperbole if you'd like.

Blame myself for what exactly? Didn't realize I was laying blame on anyone.

The state of the game.
Well, it's an alpha. It plays and looks like I expect an alpha to look and play, not well.

The direction of the game.
They lost me at single server PvP only. After that, the esoteric character advancement, corpse looting, etc were simply nails in the coffin.

What you feel are positives and negatives of the game.
Positive, hmm, they have something to show for their work versus vaporware. Negatives, too many to list, but I'll say this. I'm a game PLAYER, not a game DESIGNER. Myself and others similar to my lack of game design knowledge should never be given the helm for game direction. Crowd design sounds like a horrible idea.

How you feel about the process of Alpha to EE.
Looks like this are moving in a forward direction...

Suggestions for the game.
I'm not a game designer, don't take any of my suggestions. All I need to know about a plane is it will stay in the air and get me from point A to B in one piece. A sincere Good Luck / Best Wishes on getting this game soaring

Time lines for what you feel should be added.
Um, PvP - never.

Anything pressing about the game that you feel needs to be addressed.
Nothing that hasn't already been mentioned. De-sync, random ports. Etc

What you feel is MVP.
Server integrity

What you feel ins't MVP.
PvP

Basically anything pertaining to the game.
Again, I wish the Devs the best of luck and as smooth sailing as possible. I don't see the point of all the vitriol being spewed here and there. There are plenty of other options out there. On Thursday, the new WoW expansion drops, so that's where I'll be. If you feel there's better out there, go play it. Stop wasting time here.

I also decide to not sell my account and have had several friends and acquaintances use my second account to try the game. Perhaps I'll find someone who enjoys it.
