Playing a Vigilante(Stalker) and just acquired a really nice heavy crossbow in adventure. I have some sniper like feats and talents already, but need help acquiring the rest, as I didn't build the character around the crossbow... but I will from here on out.

Its a +5 thundering crossbow with a few other nice perks... so worth building around, IMO.

Looking ahead, I'm in need of some feats and was curious if any magic items simulate the effects of the following feats or spells:
Vital Strike
Deadly Aim
Clustered Shots
Many Shots
Gravity Bow
Improved Precise Shot
Other than these, I can get most of the feats and talents I want... but if any of these can be itemmed away, it would be really helpful

Thanks all. Very helpful! Good tips and meta advice. Much appreciated.

Only been back to 3.5/pathfinder for a few months after years off. Please pardon if these are newbish questions. I googled around as much as I could.

Are there any feats, shallow dips, magic items that help one beat feint? I know raising Wis and skill focus: sense motive, but we're not yet level 10, so it's pretty easy for a same level opponent to have a higher bluff... Making my odds of keeping my Dex and dodge bonuses significantly less than 50/50.

My multi class Swashbuckling Adventures fighter can pull off a 38 AC before magic items, but it drops to 17 if Dex/dodge is gone. I can't be caught flat footed, but if I'm reading it right, that's no protection from feint.

Also, my dex/dodge is only gone to that attacker, and only on the next attack? Are there any ways to be "feinted" twice in the same turn from a single opponent or for another attacker to benefit from the others feint? Honor duels and such are somewhat common and fairly brutal in our excellent homebrew campaign, and I'd rather not lose anymore than I have too. I've exhausted the AEG books, which are really the only third party sources we're using.

Thanks in advance.

I'm playing a mid level multi class musketeer style swordsman. Is there any way to get an effect like Pummeling Style or Clustered Shots with a rapier? From my rapiers I'm doing 1d6 + 2d6 (vicious) +1d6 (path of war thrusting dragon stance) +13 (dex for str, specialized, gloves dueling, etc) I'm using improved TWF too. Vital strike isn't going to cut it, not worth giving up extra dual strike attacks.

I'm willing to dip a bit and burn a couple feats. Thanks in advance.

Awesome. Thanks all

I'm looking for either a massive boost to my Fort save or a way to reroll it (or both). I'm willing to spend 20k-30k gp on it maybe even dip a level. Right now we're at level 6 in an awesome homebrew campaign... my fort is a 5+ and some nasty stuff has hit the party with fort saves in the last 3 adventures. I'm a dex/int based musketeer-like fighter, so my saves are weak. Help!

If its a spell that can reasonably be put on an item, that would help too.

What's your AC? Making a jump from 19-21 is not the same as 14-16

Do you have plans for a prestige class? If you wanted to a duelist, this kinda matters.

Just coming back to 3.5/Pathfinder after several years off. I've hunted around a bit, but cannot find any sort of app or website, that lets you build two characters/monsters with PFR rules and then rolls out the PvP for you. Does such a thing exist? Just something at the spread sheet level would be great... graphic UI?, gravy.

If you are allowed to use AEG's poorly editted, but incredibly clever Swashbuckling Adventures, there's dozens of feats and dozens of 3-5 level PCs that could really help this character.
