Ive checked my local post office. The dont have any information on my parcel. My customs office cant help me w/o tracking number.
Can You please provide me with local US tracking number of my order?

I still did not recieve my order. it was shipped 28-th July so almost 2 months passed.
Considering this fact, i would like to know is there a way to guarantee that i will recieve my order or way to refund my order?

Ive placed my order Thursday, June 26, 2014. Order history says that he must be shipped in 2 to 14 business days. Well 14 business days have passed and now my order history says that some of the products are not in stock. Can i have information which product is not in stock?
Can i change or remove product that not in stock so my order can be shipped?
