Linx Huffs, I was Discussing how much I honor the tradition of dwarves... he says, waving a hand at the orcs.

Linx laughs, "Agreed, I see orcs as much more sofisticated than canabalistic Pyromaniacs..." he turns to the Gnome. "I honestly have my opinions on orcs, he says

Dwarven:

"I agree the savages deserve to die, But best they die stopping a monster than at our hands"

He says to Shea.

Linx snorts. Now, Don't be looking at me like I'm the dumb one here... If you where given the choice between life and death, would you allow an orc to save your life? Or if that orc moved to dive in front of an attack. blocking it, would you then slay that orc despite his heroics? And nothing says these orcs will betray us, They know just as well as you and I that we can slaughter them all here and now, no questions asked. But if we let them live, not to come back later and stab us in the back, but to treat them as equals and proceed together then would that not be better? the Halfling Huffs. I for one, would see no reason to kill them. We can kill them now, if you really feel the need. If we let them live and walk away they can stalk us and attack later, but if we take them with is and treat them equal then we can keep an eye on them and know if they intend to do so... the Halfling sighs, turning to the orcs.

Look, you fearsome warriors know what it's like down here, I'm sure you know that the more help you can get, the better he says. I am willing to take you along, protect you, and help where we can so that we can excape together. If we die, you can just scavenge our bodies, however I would do all in my power to make sure we ALL get out... After that, I don't care what you do. he says. Diplomacy Roll!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
The Halfling's words are right, although he could have put them better... To a more receptive audience...

I have no bias against orcs, If they can fight I'd say bring them with us. The greater this group the more likely we survive... After all a vampire can only focus on so many people... He says, stopping his juggling. I mean, I've heard orcs cooperate with others when survival is on the line, so... Well actually I'm just guessing here, but I would totally accept any help we can get.

Linx thinks for a moment. ah, hold on, I think...
He then speaks in another language.

Goblin:
any of you pig-nose speak goblin?

He says, trying to talk with the orcs,
He then grumbles to himself.
Halfling:
this is what your mother always told you, linx, learn more languages, sing to more crowds... Ugh

Linx begins to juggle two of the club's he carried in his off hand, the torch in his right hand off to the side, just as ready to be thrown as the rest of his weapons.

Linx snorts, flipping his lit torch in the air, catching it properly without much effort.
"I'm not following until we figure out what that is" he Huffs, taking the cautious route.

Linx mutters to himself, knowing full well he could make light like the others, but feeling like he'd rather just use a little torch... Besides, if he carried a flaming torch, it would make such an item a better throwing weapon.

He notes the strange darkness in the doorway and Huffs. "there's something strange about the dark, I think it's unnatural, it is.... Perhaps a magical sphere of darkness, but for all I know it's an ooze that just so happens to look like darkness, bugger oozes." he says

Linx looks at the human and snorts.
"Well, Guess being tall means it takes longer for the blood to go back to your head" he laughs. "Well I have some spells... I'm a Bard, I think, the lyrical kind... Ever since I woke I had this time in my head, although I have no idea if the tune is me, or Something I've heard before" he slips a few of the club's away and GR a few torches from the pile. I'll light one of these he says, Using a Flint and steel...

Rolls(I have a knife collection):

Throwing axe 1: 1d100 ⇒ 21
Throwing axe 2: 1d100 ⇒ 29
CI dagger 1: 1d100 ⇒ 52
CI dagger 2: 1d100 ⇒ 47
CI dagger 3: 1d100 ⇒ 91
CI dagger 4: 1d100 ⇒ 11
CI dagger 5: 1d100 ⇒ 30
Dagger 1: 1d100 ⇒ 12
Dagger 2: 1d100 ⇒ 54
Dagger 3: 1d100 ⇒ 97
Dagger 4: 1d100 ⇒ 68
Dagger 5: 1d100 ⇒ 15
Light hammer: 1d100 ⇒ 6-yep
Light hammer 2: 1d100 ⇒ 33
Sling: 1d100 ⇒ 48
Bandoliers: 1d100 ⇒ 7-yes
thieves tools: 1d100 ⇒ 25-yes
Spring Loaded Wrist Sheathe: 1d100 ⇒ 71no

The bard puts on an assortment of belts, straps and sacks that look like they should contain a wide assortment of knives, tools, and other various items, but only manages to find a small hammer... He sighs, sliding the hammer in it's familiar slot on his hip, but nearly 14 other slots remain empty. "well, it's coming back to me now... If any of ya find a dagger marked with the letter L on it, it's mine... I named each of them, I did. Nik is all i yave now, Hammer number 2, a good throwing weapon, although without my full collection I'm afraid I'm gonna have a hard time doing much agaisnt any buggers we find..." he says before putting on a mask, it only covers the top of his head but is painted red, and matches the rest of his clothes in style... A jestet of some sort, possibly a minstrels.
The Halfling then moves to what he did see: clubs he quickly scooped up four, and began juggling a few of them, skillfully tossing them around himself, catching them without a hitch. "Least these things are easy enough to throw."

Linx chuckles at the girl using those words in place of prfainity. He glances among the supplies, "I'll take anything small, throwable, and sharp, although Anything will do really." he looks first for some clothes, his small frame chilled to the core. "best be finding some coverings first, I would preffer not to show my manhood to every monster we encounter, I would" he Huffs. "anything will do, but I'd preffer something light and breathable"

The naked Halfling looks about, how blonde hair well kept, if a bit wild at the moment, he quickly stands, not bothering to hide himself given the condition of each of them. He instead checks the chains, looking for a lock or other some thing of the sort that is keeping him contrained.

"I don't reckon I have a clue, given my mind is blank of anything such as my name... Although it is coming slowly, right now all I know is how t' open a lock, I do. Speak common tongue, and that th' talkin' skull that there been saying we in here for a while.... Likely to die. I know one thing for sure, I aint dieing today, I know. And if y'all have anything to say 'bout that I suggest you get to it as well"

The Halfling Huffs, making sure that despite his nudity, and that of the others, he didn't stare needlessly... Least he was a proper lad, if an odd one.

Alrighty oh, I'm all done, Character made, equipment bought, and stats stated up, only thing I have to do is write a background,

Also, I wanted to ask, are you allowing Background Skills, or not?

You know, it might be pretty commical if we had a party consisting of only dwarves, Gnomes, and halflings. Have the short folk dominate the dungeon, Muahahaha- unfortunately we wouldn't be able to usr most items as about 75% of everything is made for medium sized creatures

Rightio, William here, this is the alias I'm gonna use: I'm making a Halfling Juggler Bard- my focus gonna be on group buffing and ranged attacks.

I mean... there could always be an eleven person party... surely absolutely nothing could ever go wrong with that! :P

I have actually played a 16 player kingmaker game where everyone had the leadership feat and where therefore playing two people, bringing the total character count to 32. They have a re-recruitment going on right now, which I have also applied to.

I'm imagining more of a halfling with a sword bigger then him, and the personality of him being a bad*$$ with a napoleon complex.

I actually read a book with a Halfling fighter who used a greatsword as his primary weapon. Of course, I'm sure he was multi-classing in rouge.

Though I think Halfling barbarian takes more of the cake on a strange character.

Not if you focus on slings and throwing weapons. Then all you need to do is take feats that give you bonuses to throwing weapons. Although, using the core rules does make that difficult.

This is the alias for my Halfling paladin.

He is currently a WIP.
