About Leylia Lucresh
It wasn't easy for Leylia to convince the Pathfinder Society to let her join; she wasn't highly skilled with weapons, she wasn't an adherent of a deity with divine gifts and she certainly wasn't a skilled treasure hunter. She did have a fair breadth of knowledge and a bit of magic, though none could quite guess as to the source of her magic.
When she did manage to talk her way into a party they brought back fairly glowing reviews. While she never proved to be a specialist in any adventuring field, her team could scarcely count the number of times they were glad she was around. A bit of helpful knowledge here, a well-bandaged wound there and a few subtle spells that stopped her teammates inches from death and they were ready to call her a good luck charm, never mind a pathfinder. While the venture-captains were still doubtful, they couldn't argue that Leylia and her team had been successful; no one was dead, crippled or traumatized and there was no backlash from angry patrons. Though they claimed it was against their better judgement, they accepted her into the society formally.
Leylia finds it amusing that while she's clearly a magic user, most people can't quite tell what she is based on conflicting clues. When asked, she simply replies: "a lucky dragon taught me."
