I noticed there's been some discussion of the army rules on this board lately, so I thought I'd post the Army Rules Rewrite I've done for my campaign. Here's a link to the google doc.

I do not use the Kingdom rules. Rather, I resolve kingdom events fiction first, and allow players to build up settlements using the 'kingdom in the background' suggestions to control their growth.

I had three major goals with this rewrite

- Create something that more resembles a traditional pathfinder encounter, with a dynamic battlefield

- Give the players more agency within battles

- Allow players to express their creativity and skill in usage of tactics and maneuvers.

- Let players directly effect the outcome via 'Battlefield challenges'

If you have any suggestions, questions, clarifications, etc, chime in. Feel free to use these changes in your home game.
