Lashtail attempts to figure out from where the bad scent is coming from. Rolls: Track Bad Scent
(Keeping in mind that Scent means that he ignores penalties for surface conditions and visibility, and doesn't need to be trained in Survival to beat higher than a DC 10)
Lashtail is still squawking and clicking and making all manner of noise, having not realized that Abbicka can't understand him anymore. He finally stops to consider her when she makes her determined declaration. She begins marching off, and Lashtail quickly runs to her side and matches her pace.
Lashtail continues to be adorable, and follows Abbicka.
Freed from his obligation to stay in place by the magic of the whistle, Lashtail stops pruning his feathers and rushes to Abbicka's side to escort her wherever it is she seems to be going.
Moving up alongside Abbicka, Lashtail can sense her nervousness, and that makes him nervous too. What is she scared of? All the small green things are the other way.
Sniffing the air, Lashtail catches a myriad of scents. Pink things, pointy eared things, the smelly tusk-faced thing, some prey...and a distinct scent that he recognizes: the hairy thing that a green thing was riding before. Focusing on it, he can smell at least five green things. Is that what scares her? Lashtail wonders. Another scent catches his attention: a sickly, bitter scent that he doesn't recognize. The smell is overpowering, drowning out all of the other scents, even the smelly tusk-faced thing. Action: Move Action:

Lashtail tenses as the direction of the wind subtly shifts, inadvertently digging his talons deeper into the goblin corpse for better support. Lashtail only understands a few words of what Abbicka said, like "help", but the sight of Abbicka running towards the source of the explosion, which is accompanied by the smell of blood and death, not to mention more of the smelly green things, accompanied by the absence of any command to "stay", spurs Lashtail into action. If Abbicka is going to run towards danger, then Lashtail will get there first and make it safe. And who knows, maybe his next meal won't be interrupted if he gets there first. Perception:

Lashtail leaps atop the goblin, putting it's full weight onto the poor things back, and then clamps its jaws tight around the goblins throat. It applies pressure until finally, with a sickening pop, the neck gives and the head lolls unnaturally to one side. Action: Swift Action:

The sight of fleeing prey triggers an instinctive rise in Lashtail as it makes a sort of throaty cawing noise at the summoned eagle. It turns about, savoring the moment as the eagle flies about and cuts off the goblin's retreat and rakes at its unprotected face, before lunging forward at the goblin's exposed rear. Summon's Action:

Lashtail sizes up the two goblins with the cold, calculating visage that only an avian can achieve, seeking some momentary weakness to seize upon. One goblin looks briefly over his shoulder at the Albert, ready to wheel around on him if he's pressing his advantage. That is all the distraction Lashtail needs, and he surges forward at the momentarily distracted goblin. Action: Full-Round Action: Full Attack Goblin in D14
Lashtail starts to run towards Abbicka but, as it rounds the corner of The White Deer, it spots the goblins, and instead rushes at them. Action: Move Action:
