If you're not proficient in Medium Armor due to not having it as a class, does this ancestry feat essentially force you into having bad armor? Because you don't add level or anything to AC because you're untrained in Medium, and you can't wear anything else but Flight Suit. If you wear Flight Suit are you still restricted by the "Medium Armor" you're technically still wearing?
