I placed this order last month, and set it as Ship with Subscription. However, none of the items involved are showing as part of my shipments this month... Can someone take a look and make sure this order didn't get stuck somewhere? Thanks!

So, I'm wondering if I managed to mess up this order... My subscription order was split into two, and the first part had shipped, when I realized I had sent the Thornkeep maps to my sidecart instead of adding them to the existing order. After moving it from the sidecart to the order, I haven't yet received a shipping notification or pdfs. With tomorrow being the end of the order spawning process, I'm beginning to worry. Would someone mind check up on my order, and knocking loose any pugwampis I may have attracted?

It would seem I just have terrible luck when buying individual dice. Between placing my order and the subscription authorization e-mail, it would appear that the d8s I was going to purchase became unavailable.

To avoid delaying my subscriptions or any other orders, can I just have the d8s cancelled from my order?

It's possible I'm just being impatient, but if someone could check the status of this order for me I'd appreciate it. It shipped the same day as Order 3706644, which arrived a week ago, but 3712207 has not yet been seen.

The dice on this order have been causing me issues for months, and keep holding up my subscription orders... Would it be possible to just cancel them?

Some part of my order keeps showing as Product Out Of Stock... I suspect it to be the Chessex dice, since it sometimes alternatively shows "Product will ship within 4 to 18 days". I ordered them on 4/15, and added them to my subscription order... Unfortunately, they have now caused two months of subscriptions to build up.

Would it be possible to have the dice moved to a separate order, to allow the other products to be processed? I am okay with having to pay shipping for them separately, if need be.

I think in my haste to purchase more of your fine products while trying to minimize shipping costs, I may have accidentally caused a snafu in my system.

I originally placed order 3509871 containing two pdfs and a shirt, with the shirt going into my sidecart for my April subscription shipment. Then, this month, I added some dice to to that order number between original notice and finalization.

I think somehow this may have borked up one or both orders, as I've not yet received any shipping notifications and the normal subscription shipment period has ended.

Would someone mind checking into my order(s), and letting me know what (if anything) I need to do? I'm hoping it's just the addition of the dice delaying it until you get them in, but better safe than sorry. :)

Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, real life has conspired to dwindle our gaming group down. So we're looking for a couple of new folks to re-bolster our ranks, as it were. This game takes place every other Saturday evening, beginning around 6:30 and usually ending around midnight.

The setting is a homebrew, using a simple version of the Greyhawk pantheon. The current arc takes place in a fairly standard adventuring frontier, in the section of the empire bordering the plains of the barbarian tribes. The overall campaign structure does have the possibility for multiple parties in different sections of the world, however. Further details can be provided upon request.
