With the Axe side of my weapon I look around for somewhere to hang on while the platform starts tilting. If I can not see anything then I slam my Axe into the ground hoping the Axe point will find a hold that will keep me from falling off the platform while also looking for an exit out of there. Search roll: 18 (1d20) = 9 Adj and Gnome Goggles) = 27. Also using stone Cunning if It would help +2 to search Roll.

I run forward and try to make a hole for Llevonic. I put my shield in front of me so I can still see the direction I am going, I get low into a good stance and try to clear the way.

After remaining quite for many moments studying the area, terrain, architecture, stone work, and remembering ancient stories I was told as a beardless dwarf by the elder priests of Dumathion and by my brother, Kojan, of lost and hidden places throughout the realms. The reason for the differing pantheons converging into a common folly of a plan to send a group of inept, under powered, diametrically opposed pairing of misfits to save the realm.
Not even the most vile evil in the darkest reaches of hell would have thought to make a concentrated effort to stop us, we were thought by them all to fail miserably.
Yet here we are below the crypts of the Gods champions from many pantheons that are over 10,000 years old if a day.
Then into the fire of this ancient arena, with stones from I know not where they were cut from or their composition.
This place is older than the first mighty Dwarf or pointy eared elf. Nay even before the Colossus of legend. This be the Table of the gods as told by me brothers tale.
The very place where the first gods of all aspects, races, and desires sat to decide what was good, bad, elf, dwarf and even what was evil. This is why the Deities all look on only if they can even see within this area at all.
None have power here this is the place where they were given their powers, dreams, and desires as prime beings.

I roll 15 on 1d20. In case it matters I have a Dungeoneering plus of 11. Shades offer +4 to search and enhanced vision. and Search +9 Adj. If any of this helps me decipher the age.

Out loud: Or maybe an enlargement spell so that when released I can push or pull her to safety. If we activate it once we are on the grounds then I may have a chance to run and move her away from the pit. But gods are heavy and big so I would have to be at least 10 times larger or more. Also I would make one big target.

In the mind link: Fox you are still in charge of the casters. We should enter a vast area, they will need one to lock up the earth mother. We will try to enter, assualt a portion of the forces, and get to the earth mother and set her free. Then run - For I believe the walls will come tumbling down fast. Look to area effect for diversions and individual attack castings that are long range spells in case we can not reach the earth mother in time for the sacrifice. If you distract them we can get the job done. Also find out what the crazy deadman can offer and the new magic we picked up along the way to add to our punch.

When we dug the tunnel seeking air and were assaulted by the enemy I stood alone while the rest of the party made another tunnel to make our escape, almost to my last breath. When all seemed lost Its was I who ensured that the boy was protected while you chased a succubi in a short skirt and puffy balls in her hands by the name of June. When he fell It was I who cast my shield in front of him and carried the boy while still maintaining my place at the front of the line. When the cloaker enveloped us It was I who held the boy in my arms and ensured he was protected while I took the damage from the creature and the fools who assaulted us from outside the beast so that he would be safe.
As you cowered at the rear calling out "for the glory of Aahz" and performed your parlor tricks upon our enemies. Was it true devotion, looking to save your furry hide from his kin, or just wanting to use him to further your quest for power? Either way you should have used your grandest spells, you should have bled for him, you should have put your life before his, that would have shown him your devotion. That is what I did.
It was I who strode forward to the undead priests first and asked for their aid in restoring Aahz to his former power as you cowered by the fire stroking your little kitty's and wondering what power you can gain from this encampment for yourself.

A long eared flighty drow who can nay decide to jump on his sword and end it all or continue and complete something valuable for the good of the world. A mageling who hides behind the mask of the emperor who is new to here power yet she is here standing her ground while others look on and view from their lofty places. Let us not forget our cleric who can not decide who she wishes to be with, who she can befriend, or who will cause her harm by her association with, so she keeps her emotions bottled up inside until it is to late. Yet she is here marching to this epic battle. Or our guide who started this as merely an assignment by his boss' but he has yet to shirk his duty. Lastly let us not forget me the mighty fighter from the dwarven holds who has stood by while his brother risked all to stay by his family to protect them. Yet I am here for even I needed adventure and a reason to be remembered beyond me own family.
