Conrolled Rage (Ex) Korghym can rage for a number of rounds per day equal to 4 + his Constitution modifier. At each level after 1st, he can rage for 2 additional rounds. Temporary increases to Constitution, such as those gained from rage and spells like bear's endurance, do not increase the total number of rounds that he can rage per day. Korghym can enter rage as a free action. The total number of rounds of rage per day is renewed after resting for 8 hours, although these hours do not need to be consecutive.

When Korghym rages, instead of making a normal rage he applies a +4 morale bonus to his Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution. This bonus increases to +6 when he gains greater rage and +8 when he gains mighty rage. He may apply the full bonus to one ability score or may split the bonus between several scores in increments of +2. When using a controlled rage, he gains no bonus on Will saves, takes no penalties to AC, and can still use Intelligence-, Dexterity-, and Charisma-based skills. This ability otherwise follows the normal rules for rage.

Koghym can end his rage as a free action and is fatigued after rage for a number of rounds equal to 2 times the number of rounds spent in the rage. He cannot enter a new rage while fatigued or exhausted but can otherwise enter rage multiple times during a single encounter or combat. If he falls unconscious, his rage immediately ends, placing him in peril of death.

Craftsman Korghym receives a +2 racial bonus on all Craft or Profession checks related to metal or stone.

Crowd Control (Ex) Korghym gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to AC when adjacent to two or more enemies. In addition, his movement is not impeded by crowds, and he gains a bonus equal to 1/2 his barbarian level on Intimidate checks to influence crowds.

Extreme Endurance (Ex) Korghym is inured to cold climate effects as if using endure elements. In addition, he gains 1 point of cold resistance for every three levels beyond 3rd.

Guarded Life (Ex) While raging, if Korghym is reduced below 0 hit points, 1 hit point of lethal damage per barbarian level is converted to nonlethal damage. If he is at negative hit points due to lethal damage, he immediately stabilizes.

Guarded Stance (Ex) Korghym gains a +1 dodge bonus to his Armor Class against melee attacks for a number of rounds equal to his current Constitution modifier (minimum 1). This bonus increases by +1 for every 6 levels he has attained. Activating this ability is a move action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity.

Invulnerability (Ex) Korghym gains DR/— equal to half his barbarian level. This damage reduction is doubled against nonlethal damage.

Magic Resistant Korghym gains spell resistance equal to 5 + his character level. This resistance can be lowered for 1 round as a standard action. He takes a –2 penalty on all concentration checks made in relation to arcane spells.

Merchant Family Korghym is related to one of the four noble families from Magnimar who founded the Mercantile League of Sandpoint. You either grew up in Magnimar as a cousin in the Valdemar or Deverin family or were born and raised in Sandpoint. Education in running a business and years of looking after the family enterprise have given you a knack for trade. You increase the gp limit of any settlement by 20% and can resell items at an additional 10% over the amount of gp you normally would get from selling off treasure.

Mountaineer Korghym is immune to altitude sickness and does not lose his Dexterity bonus to AC when making Climb or Acrobatics checks to cross narrow or slippery surfaces.

Sky Sentinel Enemies on higher ground gain no attack roll bonus against Korghym, and he gains a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls, a +2 dodge bonus to AC, and a +2 bonus on Perception checks against flying creatures.

Slow and Steady Korghym has a base speed of 20 feet, but his speed is never modified by armor or encumbrance.

Weapon Familiarity Korghym is proficient with battleaxes, heavy picks, and warhammers, and treats any weapon with the word "dwarven" in its name as a martial weapon.
