As far as I can tell, these mail are legit. I clicked on the links and you are transfered to the paizo site.

I then opened my subscription by hand and there it was - my credit card was declined. Hurray. So I tried to enter another one (five to be precise) and I could not do it. It just got a message, that there was some kind of error. No way to add another card.

I then tried to buy a VTT code from the store but each and every one of my cards was declined. Great.

So I tried to buy something from amazon. Works perfectly.

Seems to me that paizo has a problem with the credit card confirmation.

I already wrote CS, but nowadays this will take some time. So no delivery for me in the near future.

Oh, by the way, I'm from germany. Maybe this is just a problem with foreign cards?

Is there a way to add the catalog to the next subscription delivery?

Overall, I'm not a fan of the new shop (so far).
But step by step it gets better.

Today I was amazed by the speed of the delivery.

My parcel (to Germany(!)) already arrived today. Wow. Super-fast. 6 days!

So, Thumbs up for speed.

I hope the rest of the complications will be solved as well.

When do we get the paizo plus points for the last subscription day (20th of January)? So far I did not get any points. Should I contact CS or will this just take a while longer?

The new store is still a mess.

I have a starfinder pocket edition subscription. I expect an alien core pocket edition for the 20th of January. My next subscription is instead either on the 31st of December 2026 or March, 19th. But either way my address is not saved and there the book will never be delivered. It simply does not work. I canceled and re-subscribed half a dozen time, but it won't work.

I tried to add the alien core pocket edition manually ("add to my subscription on 20th of January"). But I can choose what I want. Hardcover. Special Edition. Pocket Edition. It's always the hardcover that is added to the delivery.

So I contacted customer service. But since I'm not the only problem case they did not answer up until now and probably will not after the delivery day.

I guess I'm not getting the alien core pocket edition this month.

Somewhat disappointing.

Somehow the Starfinder Pocker Edition Rulebook subscription does not work.
The subscription is not part of my delivery for January, 20th and has a separate entry with date January 20th, but without a delivery address.
Canceling and re-subscribing does not fix the problem.
In the shop there is no button to add the book via sideload.
I already contacted CS, but anybody who has the Starfinder Pocker Edition Rulebook subscription should check their subscription manager. I hope this will be fixed by the 20th.

As if you pay the customs tax, dhl express is a least double the fee (15 instead of 7.5 Euro).

My delivery date was 4th of Nov., but my coin toss for customs check was bad am still waiting for the customs checks. Since the tax was already paid by paizo (one shop stop system), the tax should be zero, but I think dhl express will charge me a second time.

I know the mail innovations have a tracking number, something like 1233569US

Maybe paizo could provide this number, so I would able to track the parcel from day one.

What are the plans the the next subscription delivery?

Will it be still DHL-Express or do you switch back to Mail Innovations?

I am living in Germany and it went very well with Mail Innovations. Now with DHL-Express it is a few days faster, but way more expensive.

For paying the tax beforehand, the carrier takes a fee, with Mail Innovations it was 7.50 Euro. Not great, but ok.
With DHL-Express it is at least 15 Euro with 5 Euro more for each piece after the fifth.

And as of right now, my parcel is in customs-hell. It is still processed and nobody can tell me when (or if) it will be cleared. Furthermore I had to provide my invoice with detailed explanations, because the customs declarations was not good enough (e.g. the could not determine what kind of products were in the parcel).

I would prefer switching back to Mail Innovations.

In the old store, when I already had some of the pdfs in the humble offer, they just were ignored, since they were already in my library.

Now, the old entries are deleted and you get a new file to download which purchase date of today. Great. Now I have to check each and every file to see if I not already own it.

As on the humble site all flip mat and all flip tiles should be available in pdf and jpg. I only got entries for pdf-files which contain either a pdf or jpgs - not both.

Sadly, somehow the new shop causes more and more trouble. For the latest subscriber delivery I got legendary tier and therefore the 15% discount. Nice. And the delivery was very fast this time. 4 days to Germany. Nice again.

But since I live in Germany the package has to pass customs and sadly paizo declared the full price in the customs papers (e.g. for draconic codex $64.99 instead of $55.24). So there is a difference of 15% and I have to explain to customs how this difference could happen. Right now, I don't know if the parcel will pass customs, but it seems I have to pay the tax a second time (since it is under 150Euro and paizo already charged the tax).
I will contact CS as soon as I know when (or if) I get the package.

I am somewhat disappoint about the new shop.

The store now shows the right paizo plus tier (legendary) and I got a lot of points to spend. Cool.

But you explain how the 15% discounts and the points work?

I added several items to my cart, but I got no discount at all. I expected 15% :-) Is this still a bug?

And how many points can I use on a single order? If a order a book for $60 can I use three time the 300 points to get 3 x $20 = $60 discount? Or is it possible to only use one discount?

My credit card just got billed, but I don't have any of the downloads, either in the new library or the old one. I think we have to wait a little longer.

As I am from Germany and have non-US characters in my name and address, I very shocked to see that the new system can't handle these. I've change my name and my address over and over again (e.g to change "ü" to "ue", but it simply does not work. All looks fine in my pages, but the address in the mail is a mess (e.g. MŸnchen instead of München or Muenchen). There are paizo fans outside the US, you know?

New paizo points do not seem to work either. So far I din't get any for the subscription purchases.
